Amy helped us on are last visit. She is very professional with outstanding design skills. We were there maybe an hour and purchased two couches, two recliners, an ottoman, a rug and two lamps. The only one who was nice to us when we were shopping there was chastised in front of us by her coworkers; we decided to buy a very expensive chair from her. When it was ready, 9 months later, we had just replaced our furnace to the tune of $15k, and then our car needed $5k in repairs, and then my husband lost his job, so they generously allowed me to make monthly payments. Fast forward to a year past the time it was ready, a year of making small monthly payments that I couldn't afford with just my salary supporting the family of 4, payments that only added up to about half the full price, i got a call and was told I must pay the remaining balance or pay a restocking fee with the payments I've made so far. They said it was taking up space in their warehouse...its not a large chair, at all, a round swivel rocker, fits one butt...It's a great chair, but next time I'll go directly to the manufacturer, make sure these people don't get any of my money.

First off, Mike, the regional manager was super helpful and very knowledgeable. We didn't have any experience buying mattress or even know what we wanted. He gave us statistics, research information, reviews from previous customers, and personal experience (been working in the industry for 14 years) . He also said if we decide on spring mattress he'd would gather information such as our sleeping habits, alignment, etc, to help us pick the best fitting mattress.
