They were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Also very strong, they couldn't quite make it up our long driveway so had to carry our furniture a good bit of way to the house. They handled our furniture with care and also didn't let the extra work of carrying our furniture get in the way of their friendly demeanor. They also took our old furniture out of the house for us and carried a rocking chair to the basement. Immediately engaged by a warm and affable Dan LaVoie, I immediately knew there would not be the usual sales pitches and pressure. He was knowledgable and informative, helping us understand our options. I was convinced he was our advocate to get the best bed for the money we were able or interested in spending. It is difficult to put into words, but sometime you cross paths with a "people person" who fosters trust and puts you at ease, so much so that you become a bit skeptical that there must be some catch. There is no catch--real deal character. Once he new our range we discussed options while my son was honing his comfort preferences. We came to terms on the best option for us. Before buying, I told Dan I was going to go to a couple of other places that afternoon. He gave us advice and questions to ask about product options at the competitors before we hit the road.
