Staining a fence, some paint touch ups, dock cleaning, etc. We scheduled them for a week later on a day between guests. When our housecleaner then did not show up - I was absolutely desperate and asked if they might be able to clean the house also? And they said YES! They worked overnight to get our house clean and ready for the next rental and basically saved that rental for us. And? They still did all the work we'd originally hired them for! And?
