Leaving me with a 22" wide opening that will require concrete cutting when I need to replace the insert. Didn't discover this till Falco's came out to do maintenance on the insert a few months ago. I told him Woody's had done the install, and he just rolled his eyes. Don't mind paying for quality, but they are certainly not it. I was unimpressed with the customer service and the quality of the workmanship at the time of service. I decided to let it go, because I just wanted to be done with them. When I discovered that I'll actually be out more $$$ because of them when I replace my insert, I had to speak up. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Hey, Troy. His workers (who had been working for him for exactly one week) broke a huge hole in my basement wall as well as breaking a huge picture window that is going to cost a fortune to replace. He has changed the name of his corporation numerous times because owes money to the state of Washington for taxes. He has now made his wife the listed contractor on his new corporation, a foreign limited liability corporation. I had to have the whole set up removed and redone and am out approx $15,000.
