One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.

Once the shower was fixed we paid them and will be hiring someone else to finish the grout and mistake in flooring around door frame. Attention to detail doesn't appear to be a priority to Simon. To give credit where it's due- one of his employees, James, does very good work, and is much more conscientious.

She worked around our schedule as well from work and doctor appointments. The installer we got was very professional. Laying down tarps to protect my flooring and cleaning up after himself. They did take to studs. There was no leak then, they would have seen it. We have never had a leak before in the past 15 years in this house. I believe it wasnt until they pulled on the pipe to put on the showerhead that it leaked, slowly. It was their workmanship and negligence. We didnt discover leak until later because it was in the wall and absorbed by insulation. No water on floor and damage concealed because of the cabinets. They should have insurance. They refuse to compensate. No insurance adjuster ever sent to look at the damage. I advise DO NOT trust their guarantee of workmanship and assurances that they have insurance that makes the difference between this company and others. Update. Finally getting some attention from the company. Will see what happens.

The roof line is almost directly above the property line making it hard to stop that. I personally cleaned up Michael's walkway and the small portion of his yard where debris fell multiple times. As for A and S Roofing, I feel that they have done an excellent job with the project. The have communicated well & their quote for the job was a great price. One of the owners twice drove to where I was to drop of documents for signing so I didn't have to leave work. The roof looks fantastic! They are a family owned, local company and I support them.

This company is terrible. I'm the neighbor of a project they are working on. They have taken NO…read moreprecautions to ensure material doesn't come on to my property or to pick it up until I mentioned something to the property owners multiple times. No tarps, no clean up. They left demo'd and used materials all over my property in a place that could have been removed or tarped off multiple days in a row. Even after they have started tarping off and cleaning up the accessible areas I am finding shingles and wood and staples and nails every day. As I was throwing material back over the fence that I had to pick up from my neighbor's project one of their staff members jumped on the fence and threatened me. It's taken them multiple weeks (and still not finished) to roof a 1700 square foot house. These guys are incompetent.
