The phone numbers the billing service gives out are wrong. It is incompetent plus intentionally frustrating and they know it and refuse to help. They just put you on hold or go to voicemail. Avoid this practice. They may falsely bill you and put you into collections as they did me. You cannot argue with them because there is no one to talk to. It's an endless loop.

I went to the front desk to ask for a written Scripts for this work . They told me all you need is the blood work, no EKG or chest x-ray . This was surprising as I was headed for Advent or I felt I could get the blood work and chest X redone . Fast forward to March 4th and my pre-surgery consult . First thing I was asked was where's the chest x-ray . They also had made a Cardiology appointment for me the following day, hope you can make it ! I calmly asked why I was not given scripts for all the procedures that needed to take place and they didn't know . So, I cancel the surgery and walked out . Today I received a form letter from the doctor in farming me that based on my behavior , I was being released as a patient of the barranco clinic . Anybody who was interested in improving their business would have said why did you leave ? Avoid this place like the plague . They should be closed down !

However, combined with a lot of allergies, sinus infections, and tear duct blockage, mostly on my right side, I felt that all of these conditions were related. While discussing it with Dr. Greene, I noticed he listened closely. I felt heard for the first time in a long time. He offered to do the surgery for me. He did a great job. I can breathe well from my right nostril now. Don't give up being your own best advocate for proper healthcare. It can make a big difference in the quality of your life.

Tried calling twice this week and sat on hold for 10 minutes before being allowed to leave a voicemail and still no one gets back to you. Was trying to get in with Dr. Green as my primary referred me, but I'll gladly take my insurance and money elsewhere where I can actually get in and they actually have staff to schedule appointments.
