It is definitely helpful that they are with the times and have a 'dropbox' to upload documents that some older tax services who refuse to update don't offer. First time hiring this company, yet they were able to find deductions that I overlooked when I did my taxes last year via Turbotax, and deductions that another company overlooked two years prior, and they were willing to amend them.
