Not only did our son have a blast but all of his friends were excited to see him there as well. He educated them on the duties of a firefighter and then let them have some fun spraying the hose, which they all thought was hilarious. After all of the children went back inside, we took a quick ride in the truck and he let my son have a go at turning the lights on/off, sounding the siren, etc. It was the highlight of my son's day and I had no doubt that he loved his special visit. About a week after my original review someone from customer service called to buy my silence by replacing the defective product and ask me to take down my negative review. Regretfully, replacing a product that should have been replaced the first time is not going to buy my silence and I am not going to take down my review. After speaking to the customer service manager for about 30 minutes he offered to replace the product and made me feel like he was doing me a HUGE favor by shipping it for free via UPS. (*Note to Manger. That should have been done for free the first time I called) Well a few days later I got the product and it looked like someone was pissed that they had to send me a replacement. The packaging was clearly an old trashed box that had been used 15 times.Instead of bubble wrap or some sort of padding they wrapped the LED baton in about 50 feet of old dirty torn plastic wrap used to wrap boxes on a pallet for shipping. To say it was nasty dirty was putting it lightly. I'm sorry Nightlife Supplier, I'm still never going to buy from you. I was willing to pickup the correct items the same day and was unable to reach anyone after noon to all the numbers provided and email! I have made several attempts for a refund of the unused linen that I had to purchase elsewhere went to the office the following week in person after my calls were ignored and this is day 24 and I'm still waiting for a return call from the owner. We had to use this company for portable A/C units while our condo A/C had to be shut down for 3…read moredays. They were on time for delivery & installlation & pick up of units. Only negative about installation was the 3 person crew made a huge mess which they left behind. Additionally, they didn't tape up the venting for the sliding glass dooors very well. They had to make their own venting kit with insulation sheets as we only have 8+ft sliding glass doors. We had to tape up large areas where hot outside air was coming in A LOT! Make sure they do a good job closing off all areas where outside hot air can come in. Just a heads up...the units they rent are 14,000 btu which should cool a 500 sq ft area (A large bedroom). It didn't cool the bedroom to our satisfaction but it was better than nothing & couldn't find another place for better cooling. At least we could sleep off & on. Our condo is 2,000+ sq ft so we rented 2 units, another for the living area. Because our living area is all open, including kitchen, the cooling was again not adequate, it made things bearable for the 3 days but that's about it. It's been about 81-84 degrees outside during this time, but quite humid & we are on the water. Overall, a good company to deal with. Just know you will never get the same cooling effect as central air but we knew that ahead of time.
