The wrong charger plates were delivered and the chairs delivered were all in poor condition. I paid $7-$8 per chair and after complaining (post wedding day) I received a refund for half the amount of the chair rental. This does not take away from the fact that I used them for my wedding and was extremely disappointed in the service received as well as the product that was delivered. The correct chargers were delivered later that day but you should be able to trust that a party rental company would have their crap together, and these people do NOT. Steer very clear of this place and PLEASE do not use them for your wedding like I did.

We hired them for my sister's birthday and it ended up being the most talked-about part of the night. Their team showed up early, set everything up perfectly, and brought the most amazing energy. Everyone got to design their own custom hat -- picking patches, feathers, chains, charms -- and the quality was seriously impressive. The guys helped people mix styles and made even the shy guests feel confident and creative. We had people from 6 to 60 making hats and loving it.
