I had to pull over multiple times and drive with hazard lights to reach a safe location. Loose underbody components and inner fender liner pieces were later found detached. These issues were not present at drop-off and occurred immediately following release from the shop. When I raised concerns, responsibility was denied, I was told no parts had been removed despite the repair invoice documenting extensive front-end disassembly, and I was refused access to speak with the technician. The vehicle was ultimately deemed unsafe to drive. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.b UPDATE On the day the incident occurred, Graham Auto Service requested that the vehicle be taken to Purcell's, a third party, which directly contradicts the claim that third-party involvement invalidated responsibility. Graham Auto Service was aware the vehicle was temporarily at Bebo's only to secure the bumper so it could be transported safely. No repairs, removals, or alterations were performed by any third party. The vehicle was towed, not driven for repair. The vehicle was picked up on December 30, 2025, driven less than one mile, then parked and not driven for several weeks. The first highway drive immediately resulted in abnormal noise and front-end separation. Loose underbody components were found inside the back seat at pickup. These components were not present prior to drop-off and are inconsistent with an oil change. The repair invoice documents extensive front-end disassembly, making the claim that "nothing was removed" factually inaccurate. Initial acknowledgment included an offer to pay for correction at another shop. Later denials directly contradict those statements, the invoice, photographs, and documented communications. All evidence has been preserved and submitted to consumer protection agencies. Update The business continues to attribute this to an "oil change" and claims no parts were removed. However, when formally asked to explain how extensive front-end work (including headlight assemblies and control modules) was performed without removing underbody, bumper, or inner fender components, no explanation was provided and communication stopped. Additionally, when the vehicle owner requested to speak directly with the technician who performed the work, that request was refused. The vehicle had not been driven for weeks after pickup, and the first highway drive resulted in immediate front-end separation. Loose underbody components were later found inside the vehicle. All documentation, invoices, photographs, and communications have been preserved.

We are a local military family stationed out of town. After visiting with family in the Bootheel…read morearea, our college aged daughter was stranded on the side of the road after her car broke down. We had her car towed to Woods. We explained that we needed her car fixed as soon as possible because she was stranded away from college and work. We called a couple of times the day it was towed (they couldn't give an estimate of when they would be able to look at the car). On the final call, they said it was the alternator, would order the part, and hoped to have her on the road the next day around noon. At 11 am we called for a status update on the car. They had ordered the wrong part but ended up buying the part locally and said the car would be done shortly. A family member dropped out daughter off at Woods, where she was presented with a bill for over $600. This sounded high, so we did some research online and we were charged on the high end of replacement. The alternator was $417 (plus they were able to keep the $50 recycle fee), and $200 in labor. When we called the owner, he said he gave us the best deal, and,"he didn't think cost was an issue," that we just wanted to get her on the road. There are so many auto stores in the Bootheel area that I would encourage those not in our situation to do some research and hold on to your hard earned money. It is in my opinion that because our daughter is young, and we were out of state, we were taken advantage of. Lesson learned. Business taken elsewhere.

It shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to mount and balance a tore on a bare steel rim. when I asked if the price was correct, the lady behind the counter said that it was and then tried to justify it by saying they had the cost of the weights and time to do the job. She went on to say that the tires were hard to balance and took a lot of weight. There was maybe 2.5 ounces total on all of the wheels. And on top of that, they didn't even balance the wheels correctly. They staggered the weights, which is something you never do. Anyone that has been trained properly knows this. This isn't the first time we have had an issue with them. i took my moms car there because it had a rough idle and the check engine light was on. The mechanic said she needed a new timing belt and quoted a crazy price. I bought a scan tool and it was only the timing belt sensor that was faulty, which costs $12 and took me 15 minutes to replace it. I knew when the mechanic claimed there was a vacuum leak because the vent tube going to the air cleaner was off, that I needed to do the work myself or find someone that knew what they were doing. Stay away from this shop, they are crooks and simple parts changers, they do not diagnose the problem(s), they just change parts until they get lucky. They get most of their business because of the "good ole boys" network that is in southeast MO.

Brett and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They had us taken care of quickly and treated us like priority customers even though we were just passing through. You could really tell they care about people, not just business. We're so grateful for their help and couldn't recommend Plaza Tire in Sikeston enough. If you ever need tire service and want honest, kind people to help you, this is the place.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called Plaza Tire last week to schedule a front end alignment,…read morethey acted like they can't schedule anything and they just do all jobs whenever they want. They said that they didn't have any openings last week but if I wanted to drop the car off, they might get to it. I asked if I could just schedule for Monday, and the guy said "Sure, just bring it by first thing" So I brought it in at 7:30 when they opened and they told me it would be done around lunch, so I told them I'd be by around 4 when I get off work and they said that's fine. I received a call at 3:30 saying that they can't get to it until tomorrow now. I can't just go without my car unexpectedly with no notice. I'm not mad that jobs take time but what the hell is the point of scheduling an appointment if you're just gonna do it whenever the hell you decide anyway? It's not like they found 10 other issues that need fixed, they just didn't get to it. Why schedule anything? This is an incredible inconvenience, as I now have to rearrange not only my schedule, but my wife's and whoever I can get to give me a ride back to my car, in addition to cancelling the ride I had arranged for this afternoon, so it's impactful to someone today who as already moved their plans around to drive me out there. This is my first time using Plaza since I was a teenager because my local tire shop is cheaper, faster, and generally friendlier, but they don't do alignments. This will be the last time they get a job from me. EDIT: Came by at lunch today (Tuesday) and they had not yet touched my vehicle. I asked the guy at the counter what was going on and he said that they only had one tech in the back working on alignments. I can respect that you are short staffed, but where was any of the communication? I wouldn't have ever been mad if I was told from the moment of drop off that it might be a couple days due to staffing issues. I asked for my keys and left. I found another shop who said they can do it in 45 minutes or less while I wait.
