The store is loaded with an impressive high wall of soccer balls and basketballs which seem to be the focal point upon entering. It was very quiet and lots of staff but no greeting which is a first. The wife actually confronted staff at the register to direct us to a specific area. The found a FL Panthers common T-shirt that she liked but at an astounding $40.00 she put it back on the table.

The only downside is the only workers in there are teenagers and they were all huddled up at the front talking. They saw me walk into the store and didn't greet me, and it wasn't until I walked up to the counter before they stopped their conversations and looked my way to help me. The girl that helped me was nice and quick, I just hate going to a place with teenagers working who don't know how to be professional. The other workers that were there just stood there behind the counter yapping while the other girl helping me went to the back to retrieve my order.

I was on the phone so I know the employee in the back could hear a customer was in the store. I even said loudly a couple times "nope, nobody has come out yet" because the person on the phone kept asking if I still hadn't been greeted. After maybe 10-15 minutes, a young looking guy came out, saw me looking at the clothes rack, didn't say a word, and walked back in the back. So I just left. Obviously he wasn't interested in working and the company didn't care about my money being spent there.

Then the phone rang, and the same girl said to the customer on the other line (who was clearly asking what time they close) that "we close at 9 like every other mall does" then hung up. Well, it's Sunday, they close at 6... and you should never speak to a customer like that. Just think management should do something about her poor service and rude demeanor. This is probably not the first time... or the last time.
