Incredible customer service Corona!…read more My "order for pick up" was originally placed my myself thru the "click and point reorder system" on the Target website for the Norco store. When I arrived, they examined the receipt and matter of factly stated "you placed the order at the Corona store" further stating they never received an order from me for the Norco store! This was impossible as I had never shopped at the Corona store, did not know there was a store in Corona and used the handy two click re-order feature on the website. After arrival at the Corona store, a 25 minute drive a lovely girl I believe named Cassie (beautiful western belt buckle) met me at customer service and promptly retrieved my order. Upon requesting to speak with the store manager, I came to understand that "orders are allocated to another store for pick up when items are out of stock at the location originally ordered at." As a shopper, I was not told that. I did not receive an email, nor notification of the rerouting of my order. Rather, an employee at the Norco store telling me the misunderstanding was "my error." Awesome customer service Corona!

Each time I get back to town Ron's Saw Sales and Service is a place I actually look forward to…read morestopping in for several reasons. First is to see what new technology and products are in and the second is to catch up on this family owned business and see what's been going on. Every time I've brought my tools in to have them serviced its always come back timely, and either sharpened or repaired back as manufactured would have it. For many people I could see where they feel the price may be higher than other places but you pay for what you get and Stihl is a very quality product. I would recommend and encourage anyone to visit Ron's Saw Sales.

Yesterday I bought an electric trimmer. I forgot the manual so went back to get it. The man who sold it to me was looking under the counter for the manual. Ed came out and was talking to that guy like I wasn't standing there. He said tell her we'll order some and let her know. "Hello I'm standing right here." He seemed grumpy and made me feel insignificant. Definitely not the great customer experience that always brings me back. :( Ed having a bad day I guess.

We purchased over 20 grand worth of furniture, not because of pricing but because everywhere we go…read morein the shop it says "made in America". This was important to us as we left our home state with nothing and are trying to rebuild our lives out here while having husband who is a disabled veteran having had 4 spinal surgeries in the last 3 years. We picked our dream living room furniture and was told 6-8 week for delivery, perfect as we had just closed on our new home. After waiting the 6 weeks we called and was told it may be here by OCTOBER. That's almost 6 months since we ordered. No one informed us that these pierces of furniture are only ASSEMBLED in America. I would cancel this order but it's what I wanted in my new space for my disabled husband and a place for my best friend with stage 4 cancer to be comfortable but now they cannot even come visit, so I have lawn furniture and a hammock as furniture in my living room. I am beyond disappointed and will hire a local Amish furniture builder who will take 6 months but each piece will be made here in the USA.
