This was important to us as we left our home state with nothing and are trying to rebuild our lives out here while having husband who is a disabled veteran having had 4 spinal surgeries in the last 3 years. We picked our dream living room furniture and was told 6-8 week for delivery, perfect as we had just closed on our new home. After waiting the 6 weeks we called and was told it may be here by OCTOBER. That's almost 6 months since we ordered. No one informed us that these pierces of furniture are only ASSEMBLED in America. I would cancel this order but it's what I wanted in my new space for my disabled husband and a place for my best friend with stage 4 cancer to be comfortable but now they cannot even come visit, so I have lawn furniture and a hammock as furniture in my living room. I am beyond disappointed and will hire a local Amish furniture builder who will take 6 months but each piece will be made here in the USA.

After he left I looked at getting curtains and the woman that helped me was pushy and didn't listen to what I wanted. 2 years ago I popped in because I was looking for a new bedroom set for my condo. I walked the whole Floor before being greeted by a woman. She treated me like I was wasting her time and didn't have enough money to spend in the store. I saw a set I liked but knew I didn't want to deal With her so I left. Fast forward to last week... my daughter was given a $1000 gift card for Montgomery's when they closed on their first home. One day, while out and about doing other things and not really dressed up, they stopped in to look to see what Montgomery's has to offer now. The woman that greeted her and her fiancé was nothing short of rude and condescending. They left and gave me a call. I told them to go to Madison or Watertown. They went to Madison and had a much better experience. Word to Management... treat every customer with respect. Not everyone is able to afford your Sioux Falls store but they are going to be talking to friends, family and at work about how they were treated.
