I ordered as an online pickup. I have my order information and I ordered rosin free wire when returning home and using the wire on an alcohol ink glass project...the rosin dozed all over my project. I only ordered it from ace because it was a considerable amount off. Because I received the wire with rosin .the employees would not let me exchange for the same price. I got the wrong product sent and they weren't willing to honor my discount! I have never heard of such a thing! Won't be back!!! Prefer Menards and Walmart..they both have better prices and are fair with they're exchanges.

It's great you get to experience what it's like to fly and create great memories. If your interested in obtaining a pilots license you can do so in about 40 hours of flight lessons. 1 hour of flight instruction, including the plane, fuel, instruction was $187.00. My son was able to fly and assist in the landing and taxied the plan back to the hanger on his own, even on his first lesson. A great time and wonderful experience.

I had to ask several times for someone in charge to find a price which no one seemed to know until I asked yet again and they finally called someone after complaining amongst each other. I have never been treated so poorly as a buying customer. I'm not sure what the problem is but the ladies that work there are complete bitches. You would think a dying business would get their stuff together and have good customer service. There will be no next time, I'll be glad to support hobby lobby in the future.

I also know they carry a huge selection of things for graduation! I've always been able to get what I need here. Granted they are a little spendier than some place like Walmart, but their selection is much wider!
