Never go here!!! Pwools are very rude. Apparently you can't exchange/or return. They give in store credit only. Even if you don't leave the store. Example-I was in the store today just a few minutes ago, and we grabbed a shirt and asked how much it was. The lady scanned the shirt then said (27.99) and my granddaughter said "it is ok i dont need it" so we said never mind i can put this back. The lady proceeded to say "oh sorry you can't return this unless you get instore credit only-no cash back" Even though I never left the check stan. THIS IS SO STUPID! read more

I would agree with the other reviews about their buying process . I have been coming here for almost 6 years now they used to pay fairly on clothing items but since new management came in prices have gone up and the clothing quality and selection has gone down. They say they need to uphold a certain style or quality but when looking through the clothes they have some sections are comparable to goodwill racks. I have brought bags of lululemons and have been offered 2-6$ per peice. I have bought items with stains, rips, buttons missing. MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY. All in all i will still come here to look around but am weary to sell here since i have seen a decline in the payouts . read more

Very RUDE managers and workers they give you attitude and the manager is more immature than the TEEN workers. Never shop here they only give you 1-5$ per item I brought in a brand new Lulu jacket and they gave me 3$. Than the manager gave me attitude when I asked for it back. read more

Cant believe this place has a low rating. Im from LA and visit many consignment and thrift stores so I know that employees aren't walking the floor asking if your looking for something in particular - if you are expecting this type of service you need to shop at a mall. I love thrift stores and consignment stores because it's a fun experience you never know what you'll find. My visit was pleasant! There were two girls at the register one of which was the greeter and the gal that was open in fitting rooms. The other girl, I presume was the manager who wasn't as hands on and that's ok the store was empty. I never got attitude from either one. I found a pair of acótale boots, hair clips, sunglasses (super cute), pleather black bottoms, a houndstooth mini skirt and a pair of nude sweats. All great purchases for $85 If I am ever back in town visiting family I'll for sure stop by again. Tip to the women who walk in and jump on Yelp to leave bad reviews about the ladies who they think are giving looks - it's all about perception which can be dependent on how YOU feel. Don't even bother taking clothes here. 3 separate times, I come with multiple bags... and I come first thing in the morning. It's always done within 30 minutes which tells me A) they don't even bother to look and B) they don't care about the customer. People come here looking for some sort of profit... $7 out of 3 bags is a terrible business return. I'm never coming back to sell. To all the negative reviews saying they don't look through your stuff or offer you nothing, make sure you go in the morning/ early afternoon! Haylee, Rayne, Takara and Maya (the manager) are the best!!! They are always so kind and make sure to actually take the time to look through your clothes and offer you a decent amount! I realized the girls who work at night only buy for themselves instead of the store and sometimes they come off a little cold. Don't bother trying to exchange your clothes here. You will be sorely disappointed. They either won't be taken in, or the clothes they do accept they will offer you a few measly dollars. It's so measly that it is almost an insult to the consumer. Almost criminal. Of the 30-something items I had brought in, only three were accepted. The three items were the best and most expensive items out of the bunch. I won't say the price of the items exactly, but I can tell you over $100 was spent on these three items, and I was offered $13.50 in in-store credit... So not only do they not pay a fair amount for your items but you can't even afford the used clothes in their store because they are overpriced. I am extremely disappointed they didn't even take half of the clothes. The clothes weren't average, a year or less old, and in great condition. The only explanation I got from the store clerk was that they are extremely picky. No comment about overflow or any appropriate explanations. I was extremely excited to use their services and I walked out dumbfounded, disappointed, and slightly heated. So bottom line, yes, the clothes are cute and nice, but trying to exchange your clothes so you can buy their clothes is a complete rip-off and you'd have better luck selling your nice clothing online or even on the street corner. The whole point of the company is about exchanging clothes and then having those consumers buy something in the store. Something has to change with this company. It's so sad it turned out this way. My sisters roommate bought 2 dresses here last week and came to exchange one that didn't fit. She brought it back with tags on and the woman working was extremely rude and said she didn't purchase that dress because it wasn't in the system. I'm not sure if she was accusing her of stealing or what but they left and literally found the receipt and brought it back with the receipt and the woman still said it wasn't purchased and she couldn't exchange it or give any store credit. They also brought in a bunch of clothes to sell and got $3.84 for one pair of pants. Don't waste your time here. read more

I'm typically greeted with a smile and they are always patient with me and my teenagers even when we ARE a being a chore. They have lost all taste and just try to fit in with the top trends instead of realizing people have different tastes. First of all, the employees are rude. On more than one occasion, I've had the cashier all but throw my change and receipt at me. As far as selling your clothes, I wouldn't recommend selling anything that is new or a nicer brand. They won't give you a fair price for it. Don't expect them to take your clothes either. They're very picky which is hard to believe looking at some of the items that are on the rack. I've bought things there, realized they didn't fit right, and tried to sell them back. On multiple occasions, they have refused to take them saying that they're too worn even though I've never worn them after buying them. While this is a great place to buy used clothing, it is the worst place to "sell your clothes for cash or trade." 1st off, they really don't take anything and 2nd, the process they have for even looking at your items is unorganized and very inefficient. I wish zero stars was an option. I brought in two bags of clothes, some NEVER WORN, up-to-date fashions, and all the rest taken good care of, no holes, rips, stains, etc. and they denied everything! The girl said she could tell wear and tear and they were being super selective blah blah blah. My biggest problem is they had clothes and shoes that had holes, scuffs, worn out faded shirts, fashions that I remember from the 90s, etc on their racks already?!?!
