Horrible experience. I was very excited to go in here bc they had very cute bikinis on display. When I walked into the store and checked the prices each piece was $149! So like $300 for one bikini??!? I still looked around bc if it was really cute and worth it I would still buy it. The ladies that worked there are extremely rude and treated me as if I was gonna steal or they knew I wouldn't buy anything. They were also rude to my sister who planned on buying something until their behavior. I read the other reviews and I'm just appalled that this is a pattern.... I wonder what they look for when they hire because it seems like snotty, rude, judgmental, and racist people. read more

BE AWARE OF PRICR GOUGING...they charge you more than what it would cost if you got it directly from certain brands. I bought a Becca brand coverup piece... price at this store was $169 and on Becca's website it is priced $88!!!! I get if you have some mark up but this kind of up charge has to be criminal!!! read more

This place is the worst. We stopped in on our way back to our hotel but were in a hurry. I saw a sarong I wanted on our way out and we resolved to come back before we left to grab that and a bikini for my friend. The next day we came in the morning before leaving for the airport (Monday 6/3/24 at 1245pm). I came right back to the same spot where the sarong was but it was gone and another type of item was there. I asked the lady about it and she immediately said "no that must've been another store." Didn't even ask more about it or try to find another item that maybe matched, immediately jumped to accusing me of not knowing what I was talking about. I pressed a bit more about it to no avail. My friend grabbed a few bikinis to try on as I perused the rest of the store to find it. Then in the very back of the store I found something that looked very similar but was over double the price of what I remembered my item was. Since this employee followed me around and was no more than 2 feet away from me the entire time I was there, I showed her the item and asked why she told me she did not have any sarongs with tassels when there's some right here? She said no you asked for $65 sarongs. No I did not, I asked about sarongs with tassels and showed her a few regular sarongs that were similarly sparkly and she immediately told me I was wrong & it was another store, and now I'm showing you what I asked about and you have another excuse...??? All that to say this place stinks. Not at all friendly even when I'm actually trying to buy something, you'd think as a salesperson you would help me look around and show me items that I may like. Instead you followed me around the store like I was a criminal and snapped at me anytime I touched anything. I would've left immediately if my friend wasn't trying things on. The last time the lady snapped at me though I just walked out and waited outside. Runway has no business treating their customers like this while selling $400+ "designer" bikinis. read more

The Worst! We decided to stop in here to shop for bikinis as the bikini I had packed had seen better days and it was time to retire it. We were greeted by a French speaking salesperson, (didn't catch her name). She was really nice when we walked in, and while we were trying on bathing suits. We were chatting in French and having a wonderful shopping experience. However, all of that quickly changed when we indicated that we needed to think about whether or not we wanted to spend over $300 on a bikini. I tried on 2 bathing suits... 2, not 5, 10 or 15, but 2! Our total time in the store was 30 minutes max. The moment I explained to her that I wanted to think on it, she went from nice-as-pie to absolute full-on bitch in 3 seconds flat. It was quite remarkable. She even stated that she wouldn't allow me to try on any more bathing suits because I was wearing sunscreen and it had rubbed off on one of the suits I had tried on! Are you kidding me? It's 35 degrees outside, the sun is blaring like there's no tomorrow and you expect the customers who come into your shop to try on bathing suits to not be wearing sunscreen? Let's not forget that you are located at about 100m from the beach - so yes, people wear sunscreen... get over it. When my friend who had tried on 2 bathing suits, quite politely, indicated that she would not be buying anything the woman responded with an annoyed "Really, you're not buying anything?" then rolled her eyes and snatched the bathing suits from her hands as she tried to put them back on the hangers in the change rooms. This was also followed by a huff and her saying something to the other sales person in a very loud and annoyed tone. The thing is, up until that point I was seriously thinking about buying the bathing suit, but because she was so unbelievably rude to both of us for absolutely no reason, I decided that I would not spend a single cent in this store. I didn't realize that if you tried anything on in this store that you were automatically expected to buy it! The salesperson made us feel as though we had completely wasted her time by trying on 2 bathing suits each. Let's not forget that their suits are very expensive and as such, anyone entering this place would expect to be treated like royalty in a place like this... instead we were treated to a gruff, miserable, eye-rolling tyrant of a salesperson. What a nightmare. We left the store and went to Surf Style were I got a really cute bikini for a 1/3 of the price... and 300% better customer service. Sure the bathing suits there may not have cost $300, but the customer service was quality and you can't put a price on that! read more

Extremely rude saleswoman, went in to get a dress before Valentine's Day and grabbed the 3 I was between getting and went to the fitting room to try them on and was told very rude and abruptly I wasn't allowed to try them on without the woman explaining why. read more

Beware they do not do returns at all. Do not shop here!! The sales people are really nice but they are up charging you so much for the swim suits. Bought a Luxi Fama swim suit and they charge $70 more then just buying it online!! read more

WARNING!!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!! Whoever Fredrick is is a complete JERK! He has absolutely NO customer service skills. I bought Beach Bunny pretty in pearls bottoms. Because they have chains for the sides they don't stretch. I got my normal size S but because the chains I wanted a M, which he did exchange. The M looked good but I still did not feel comfortable with the chains. There was also some chains that seemed to have broken off because the top large chain was on one side, but the other side it was not there. The other side had the smallest chain broken, and I could tell because there was a small remnant that was not completely removed. Because of this it made me realize pulling these bottoms up and down will be a mission especially during my bachelorette. I asked to do another exchange for one more size up so I can pull them up and down recklessly and not break them. He said, "Unfortunately we only do 1 exchange but if it fits you then you should be fine. Anything that has an accessory on a swimwear, I recommend to be careful when partying and most important Just enjoy your Bachelorette :)". This is unacceptable when someone is spending $130.00 on bottoms. I decided to just return them. He told me that, "Unfortunately we don't work for free.. there will be a 30% restocking fee! or you can track back your package!!" This is no where on their return policy ! In fact it states on the top of the website "easy returns". LMAO. When they received my item back they broke the chains as if I did when I never tried the item on! I disputed this with my bank because I refuse to spend my hard earned money on some grimy skeez bag who is not honest! Please save yourself time and money and buy the same brands elsewhere. Rude. We went in to browse the swimsuits. Some of the cutest cover ups I've seen. However, one of the ladies working there started randomly straightening up near us. Then when we moved to a different section, I noticed she was watching is intently. I don't know if it was a race thing - we are an interracial couple - or what, but I felt uncomfortable so we left. And she watched us leave, walked right to the door to watch us. I felt really offended that she would treat us like criminals. Great store with a huge selection of high end bikinis, cover ups, flip flops, dresses, hard, jewellery and a decent mens selec.tion. Picked up a great bikini for my wife for Valentine's Day. The sales lady was super helpful and asked all the right questions so I could find the perfect style. My wife loves her gold and white Luli Fama bikini with matching cover up and the fit and size was spot on. I promise I'll be back next trip to Miami Beach. read more
