Every time has been over priced and took much longer than they promised it would. Went in last week to have an internal battery replaced - didn't feel comfortable replacing it myself at home - and was called today saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up. Not only did the tech guy not understand why I was originally bringing it in (I told him multiple times over the phone and in person that it was the internal battery, not the bulky external one that can be popped in and out), but also gave me estimates for the wrong services. Overall he acted as if he didn't really know what he was doing, and when I went to pick it up he assured me everything was kosher - that the battery worked just fine and my laptop now held a proper charge, as well as fully charging when plugged in. However, as soon as I got home and booted up my laptop, I noticed that yes, while it will charge fully to 100%, it still does NOT hold that charge (15-20 minutes at most depending on what programs, if any, that I'm running). Meaning it has NOT been fully fixed, and seeing as they close at 5pm, means I will have to take it back in tomorrow and have them fix it again. Sadly, MASS went out of business so Hofnet is really the only repair place in town anymore. You're better off taking it to Mattoon if you can.

I left a message telling them how terrible their service is and I get told by Ross, "The Christine" that if I wasn't a christine and if I didn't apologize that he would turn my service off. He would've got one if he didn't demand it. I don't apologize to people who demand apologies. He was very rude. Well they turned my service off and refuse to return the money for this month. Mind you this all happened before the new bill cycle and I made the mistake of being nice and paying them early.
