We were not treated well at all when we informed them of our new tree starting to die because it wasn't planted deep enough or staked properly! Their response was NO REFUND! Didn't care that we wasted $300 on their tree that's now completely dead because it wasn't planted properly by their crew! Please don't purchase anything expensive!! I give them a zero out of ten for horrible customer service and for very bad planting services!!

We went to Menards yesterday to buy some white wood 4 x 4's, I paid for everything then went to the…read moreyard to get the lumber, could not find the number so I asked one of the associates and he pointed them out to us and then left, I went upstairs where they are kept and my son-in-law stayed by the truck so I could hand them down to him. We loaded our 12 pieces and were pulling out at the gate, when the attendant stopped us and told us we had the wrong boards, so we went back into the shed where it was, and had to wait for someone to show up, then they discovered that they had stocked the wrong items in the wrong bin, the white wood was covered up so I had to wait 30 minutes while they pulled it all out of the way, and then I had to pick my 4x4, again and hand them to my son-in-law. 2 managers stood there and watched my son-in-law unload and load the wood with no offered help. This is BS, as I have a hard time getting up and down steps and pulling stuff from overhead, and that is exactly where this was located, making it difficult to get to in the first place. I don't think that I will ever be shopping there again, as I have bad luck at this store since it opened a few years ago. Poor; Poor Management. They make everything so difficult at this store, you have to go all the way to the back of the store to order the lumber and then go all the way back to the front to pay for stuff, then go around back to pick up the stuff. Coming from Phoenix where the only game in town was Home Depot, I am happy to say they blow them away! Now, I came into the store a coupe of weeks after Christmas looking for a tree bag I saw they had on clearance. I checked the app and got the location in the store where it should be, but no matter how many times I circled the area, no dice!! That's when I grabbed Leslie for help. She looked, then got Trevor to help as well. Finally they figured out that it was actually still in the back room somewhere. So, they both went back there looking and showed up 10 minutes later with the bag. Understand that I interrupted what they were both doing. They dropped everything and took a good 30 minutes to get me the item I came in for. I have NEVER gotten that kind of customer service from The Home Depot! Yet another reason I just love this store! If Trevor and Leslie's boss reads this, give them a raise!!

This is your typical Bath and Body Works in the mall. I was there this weekend and they were having…read moretheir $3 lotion sale. I expected it to be packed with people, as it was. One worker, I believe her name was Hannah, was very sweet and a friendly employee. What I didn't care for was feeling like I was in a cattle line. I am not sure if it's always like this or just because of the Christmas shopping season, but there were a bunch of arrows on the floor near the registers. This was where you were supposed to stand in line. Then, there was a worker who was telling customers who to check out with. Once you got to the register, there was a red line of tape down the middle of what usually is one checkout area. There was no room to put your items and purse in "your" area. It seemed very chaotic because you were elbow to elbow with the person checking out next to you. Like, literally two inches apart from each other. Again, I'm not sure if it's always like this, but it was not the best shopping experience I've had.

The service is consistently poor--the women who work there are unhelpful, passively rude, and come off as a bit judgmental, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable. It's a shame, because the shop has potential, but the staff attitude completely overshadows it. There are other plant shops in town where the people are genuinely friendly and happy to help, and I'd much rather spend my time and money there.
