So when we sold our home and left the system behind, we purchased the same one for our current home in Broken Arrow (Tulsa area) that was installed by General Ionics of Oklahoma. Once again, the results have been incredible. While the water in my area is considered safe and meets EPA and Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) standards, third party testing such as through the Environmental Working Group has identified contaminants such as bromodichloromethane, chloroform, hexavalent chromium, and perfluorohexane sulfonate (PFAS - known as "forever chemicals") in it, to name a few, that exceed health guidelines. To put this in perspective, the PFAS exceed guidelines by 3,800 times! All are associated with very serious health concerns. Although there is not a local Puronics dealer in Broken Arrow/Tulsa, General Ionics went above and beyond to accommodate us. In particular, Alex ensured a quick turnaround getting the system delivered to us and with arranging for an installer, Aaron, to come to our home from the OKC area whose work was clean, precise, and professional. He had to drill through walls, mount pipes, etc., and he did it all with great attention to detail. We highly recommend the Puronics filtration system. Being a repeat customer is proof that it's worth every penny--giving us comfort knowing we have cleaner, safer water for our family. Thank you, General Ionics, for your outstanding service!

The girl at the customer service would not escalate me or even let me speak to someone higher. She said she "thinks" they may be able to help. This is sloppy unmanaged business and I will never recommend them to anyone for any reason.

Their delivery charge continually rises with the current fee being $13.99 per delivery as the service level continues to get worse. Calling customer service doesn't help either as the local manager will not call you back to discuss the issue. Edit: I really enjoy how the "business owner" responds to negative reviews by saying that they want to fix the issue, but they provide no method for contacting them. Post your name and phone number so that we can call you. I have requested a call from the Wichita Falls branch at least 5 times via the main Sparkletts telephone number with no response. From what I have seen, the local branch won't even respond to the main company customer service. Don't walk, run away from this company.
