I don't know where to begin with my experience with Alex and his team over at Rush Hour Printing & Graphics!!! This is my second time needing their services within the past six months, and it has been nothing but perfection on all accounts. From fulfilling my orders on a last-minute same day basis, to meeting me curbside (in January before Covid-19) to give me my order, to extremely affordable rates, and superb professionalism! Oh, and did I mention that their products are of supreme quality?! I sent Alex an email on June 10th requesting an order for some more business cards and other items by the end of the week. His response, "not a problem, send me your address and I'll be over before the day is out". Interestingly enough, I wasn't even ready for them to be delivered that soon and scheduled for a Saturday afternoon delivery. Rush Hour Printing were absolute miracle workers, I was supporting an event in Washington DC (from our UK office) and I needed to get some materials designed, printed and delivered by the next working day. Rush hour printing went above and beyond to make sure the event team had everything they needed, even meeting them in the hotel reception to ensure delivery. Finding a good printer is really hard to find. Specially in my case where quality and price is an issue. Alas! Came Rush Hour in Georgetown, where all my printing needs were satisfied and some more. 1. Knowledgeable staff 2. Great pricing 3. Superb Quality 4. Cozy/welcoming environment 5. 5-stars service 6. Fast turnaround Sadly, they are no longer at Georgetown Park Mall. But, they have re-located to Dupont Circle. Even more perfect because they are just a block away from me. Incredible customer service. For my 25th birthday, I needed to make at least 100 invitations. I needed them within 24 hours because the other printer had flopped on me. It was horrible. I had to hand in these invitations ASAP or I was not going to have my family in town for the party for that specific day. So, Rush Hour did it for me. Incredible, the paper was golden, designed for me by their graphic designer, printed by the next morning. The entire process took literally 24 hours. Rush Hour runs like a finely tuned machine. I had to make some very quick business cards for an event, called around to a number of printing shops and got very high quotes from a lot of stern people I didn't particularly enjoy talking to. Rush Hour was immediately 100 times friendlier and more helpful, I got a great deal on my cards, and they had them ready for me for pick-up within the span of an afternoon. From start to end, my experience with the people at Rush Hour Printing was professional. I had a poster printed for a conference. The poster was completed in a timely fashion and turned out better than I hoped for. But what made the experience worth giving a 5-star rating was the people at the H-Street office. From guiding me to their almost hidden location to checking up on my presentation, everyone I dealt with was professional and had a great sense of humor. I went to DC for a convention for Realtors, it was a great experience. I decided last minute, I mean the night before, to go ahead and print some business cards since I had actually left mine back in Ottawa where I was coming from. Well, it all worked out perfectly. They also met their original delivery deadline in spite of several issues with the files that created the need to reprint several of the pages.
