However on arrival driver said he preferred cash so paid him and they still charged my card. Rang to complain was assured that I would be refunded which I wasn't. DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH. Still waiting for either refund or manager to ring and its been 2 weeks. Won't be using them again which is a shame because before this I used them for years with no issue. Expected much better as a long term customer.

Absolute rubbish taxi hire. Every time I order a taxi from here it arrives 15 minutes late. One…read moretime the guy was 15 minutes late, drove me on his slowest speed to my destination and then tried to charge me more than the metre actually displayed. He said that it was an initial charge of 2.50, which I know is already shown in the metre. After arguing he let me off. Some other day I had a maniac driving me to town. He was driving 50-70 on 30 mile per hour roads. And even dared me to sit in the car without my seating belt, because he said to be a very good driver. Well that was the last time I got to drive with this company.
