These people are awesome. My boss uses them when our Semi trucks break down, so I called them when my pickup truck broke down. They towed me from PB to Dexter and were quick and reasonably priced. If ever I need a tow again, I'll be calling them. read more

It was pouring rain and the young man who came to change my tire was so nice and polite and had such a happy disposition even in the rain he was happy to assist. Called after hours because a belt broke on my AC compressor. They guy that came out lied to me and told me my truck wasn't drivable. Which it was I could have made it to the shop right down the road. He told me the belt was linked to my water pump. TAG trucks was 8 miles away and the guy wanted to originally charge me 300 dollars for a tow that I didn't even need. These guys are scam artist and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

They responded fairly quickly after being called to tow my vehicle. The problem I had was the next day the insurance company and I called them to release and tow my vehicle to the body shop, they responded they would get it right over. 2 days later I call the body shop and to my surprise my car wasn't towed across town to the shop. I called rushin and they didn't give me an excuse just say they will get it to the shop within the hour. 4 hours and 2 more phone calls later they finally move my car to the body shop. I am very disappointed in rushin towing. I'm not sure if the issue was due to incompetence or if they were trying to get more storage fees, but I will never use them again. read more
