I have been working with Bruce for three months, and have so much to share. First of all, I bought an old house with a lot of unforeseen issues on top of my planned upgrades. Every day I had more items to add to my list of "must fix" items, and without being able to rely on All in 1's timeliness, experience, and responsiveness, this would have been even worse of a nightmare. In truth, when I first started my repairs on the home, I had been planning to spread the work across 3 separate companies. However, after the "run around" the other two gave me, I ended up transferring all the work to Bruce within a few weeks - and he'd been done with his list already, so he tackled them all in a completely appropriate timeframe, with ample communication about arrival times and the names of the individuals on his team I should expect each day. Let's talk about what Bruce and the All In 1 team helped me with: MOLD REMEDIATION in crawlspace and attic. VAPOR BARRIER in crawlspace. TWICE! And only charged me once. ROOFING in garage and gutting of rotted interior. ELECTRIC updates and inspection. DRAINING/GRADING in yard. SIDING repair. HVAC servicing and cleaning. DUCT INSULATION in crawlspace. He told me he can have someone out the same day (afternoon). I received a text that Mark was on his way and he showed up as scheduled and advised. I explained the problem and he started working on the outdoor unit. He never went to the basement where my Unit is located, only outside. I asked him if he would advise the cost of the repair before doing the work and he said yes and reminded me of the $85 Diagnostics Visit and I said ok. 15-20 Minutes later Mark said he replaced the Capacitor and the total was $300. The AC was working and I was satisfied, but a little disappointed he did not advise the cost before repairing. But the $300 to me was very fair and I was still happy it was repaired. Three days later my AC was not working again so I called and spoke to Mark. He seemed busy and uninterested in my issue (but that may be my misunderstanding his tone). He told me he could not come that day, but possibly the next morning but more than likely the afternoon. He said he would contact me in the next few hours to let me know what time he could have someone to me the next day. Over four hours later I had to reach out to him to find out when he would be there the next day, but he said it would be tomorrow afternoon (I needed morning). So I said disregard, I will find another company. I purchased a whole new Furnace and AC System from another company. I would have used Vital Heating & Air for the replacement if Matt would have contacted me like he said he would. And, I found out that Mark installed the capacitor without tightening it correctly and it fell inside the unit and burnt the electrical and kicked the breaker, which caused the unit to stop working.
