Looks like maybe some people who live in the nearby apartments may have some "permanent" crab pots that they leave out day after day... My cousin said this is by the sewer outlet too, so don't eat the crab butter is my suggestion if you were to eat any from here, not that I am a fan of crab butter anyways.
