This review is specific to Kinney's mail order pharmacy, Health Direct Pharmacy. I've done business…read morewith them for a number of years and never had any problems. However in recent months I've had nothing but problems. In July I requested a refill on one of my medications. It never came. I called and the man who took my call said it had been sent out on Monday, but then told me to wait while he checked something. Then he said it had not been sent out because my insurance didn't go through. No one called me to tell me there was a problem. In the meantime I ran out of medication and had to go get it somewhere else as I couldn't wait any longer. (There was a mixup with my insurance but I was able to straighten it out within a couple of days once I was aware of it.) I tried to get the same medication filled again in September. I made them aware that our insurance had been terminated and that I would be paying cash, and told them to use the credit card on file. The prescription never came and I ran out of medication again. I called to find out where it was. This time they said that they wanted to make sure that I knew how much it cost before they charged my credit card and mailed it. They said they had left a voice mail for me, but I did not receive the message. At this point I had been out of medication for two days, and could not wait any longer. I told them to cancel the order, I would get it somewhere else locally. The next day I thought I'd better check on a second prescription that they were supposed to be processing for me. It had been over a week and I had not received it yet. When I requested this script I made it clear that I did not have insurance in effect and that they could charge my credit card with the cash price. Don't you know it...when I called they said they had not sent it out because my insurance denied it. Well of course, I don't have insurance anymore, just like I told them when I called! The woman's response was, "well we don't deal with cash very often." Wow. Well if you don't know how to deal with cash, do you know how to pick up the phone? So at this point I have washed my hands of this pharmacy, as they have proved to me that they are unreliable and incompetent. A mail order pharmacy needs to be mindful that once a patient sends in a prescription or requests a refill that they are patiently waiting by the mailbox for their medication, and it is SO WRONG to fail to mail it out without making SURE that the customer is aware.

I drove 45 minutes, came into the store looking for rabbit feed that was in stock online 2…read moreavailable and manager claimed they didn't have it and wouldn't check in the back and "system doesn't update until the morning" so someone local with a Rabbitry MUST'VE bought the last ones. I go home waited for it to show out of stock which surprise surprise, it didn't! I ordered it online last night and lo and behold it was ready for pick up this morning. Shocker. The manager was clearly trying to hold onto it for some reason but I have hungry rabbits at home too, bad business ethics. Will be taking my business to chewy.com from now on.

I can't say enough good things about the employees and service at this store. I enter the order…read moreonline, receive a text acknowledging the order and no more than 15 minutes later another text saying the order is ready to be picked up. The curbside pickup has been wonderful.

Order flowers from here…read more I live in NC and had to completely rely on them and at last minute. Arrangement was really nice. Delivery went above and beyond.

Looked down and it was 445. I'm 5 minutes from the store. hours are 7-5. Got there at 455. Doors…read morelocked. Lights out. Not a car in the parking lot. If the hours are 7-445 then post them that way. Not happy. When I go in the price on the item usually is more at the cash out because they don't update prices. I really would like to try to shop locally. Owner has too much going on and is unable to hire staff that care about the business.
