I've been with Freedom Mobile from back when it was called Wind Mobile and this location is the one…read morethat I frequent. It's conveniently located in Carlingwood Mall. Service is generally good, but my favourite sales associate is Grant (I think he looks like a young Hayden Christensen, but he says people tell him he looks more like Topher Grace, lol). He's very nice, patient and knowledgable. He gives you great information and good tips about your phone. I know lots of people snub Freedom Mobile because of its limited network coverage, but it works great for me because I spend most of my time in urban areas that are covered by Freedom. If you live in the suburbs or rural areas you may end up roaming. I'm on a discontinued plan, but I get unlimited Canada calling, unlimited texts, unlimited data (although only 2GB is at full speed, after that it's slower), voicemail, call waiting, and caller ID for less than half the price of other providers. I love Freedom Mobile (although I still think of them as Wind), lol.

They missed three install appointments over the course of a week with no notice to us for each. Anyway, upon following up with Xplornet on the day of the last missed appointment, they called R&R and Robert got in touch with us in a matter of minutes. He had two of his techs come out before the end of the day to do the install. Robert and the techs were all extremely pleasant to work with and very informative throughout the install! When the self addressed envelope never arrived I called spectrum and they said an error was made at the store and you have to go back. Well I am now at the store and they admit it was a Spectrum error but will not make me good for it. I was quoted $135 but they say they are not authorized to give a credit even Though it was their error. That is very bad business. Looks like I should have stayed with Verizon.

I called them once as my download speed degraded, but it was addressed rapidly: the cable company had some works in my area and Altima used this cable service. I had good and reliable performance. Billing was straightforward, no explanation needed. It's true that I don't have phone service with them, besides Wi-Fi calling.

They then charged us for devices we had already returned, saying that we had not sent them back even though we already did. They are still trying to charge us a fee for not returning their devices to this day and they also want the previous devices that we have as well. The person who helped us didn't tell us to get proof so we didn't save a receipt. We should have gotten a receipt because now they are still trying to charge us for the devices even though we have already sent them back! SCAMMERS. Do not get service from this horrible company.
