I believe I contacted him on a Friday evening and he was able to get my couches picked up on Monday afternoon. Two couches sustained mold damaged while being in storage for almost 2 years, so we had to part with them. We left the couches inside our fenced-in yard. Jeremey came by, picked them up and let us know when he left. He accepts several different forms of payment; we happened to use Venmo.
