We live in Incline Village and had a healthy but badly bending Fir tree from last Winter's snow. We were able to straighten it some but could not get the top. I must have called literally 25 tree services. Russell got back to me right away and came up from Reno that same afternoon. He wanted to get the work done promptly as we were expecting an early snow the following day. By the time he was finishing up it was dark and we were helping him with flashlights. I called Russell and he met me the next day for a quote. We agreed on a price and he said that he would start the following week. He started on time and finished a little earlier than he said. He did a great job on trimming the trees and leaving the yard clean. The tenant that lives there was impressed and mentioned to Russell that part of shrub was dead. They were all done with the job, tools packed and he brought the chainsaw back out. He trimmed the shrub and said that one was on the house. Pretty impressive! was tough to find a reasonably priced tree trimmer to come to dayton. saw his ad in our local paper and gave him a call. he was on time for the estimate and on time for the job. very prompt and extremely neat and careful. both trees were near houses but he was careful and not one limb landed in the neighbors yard or on the homes. we are extremely pleased with him. after the work was done, we got to talk and became freinds as well. we give 100% to russell and definitely would call him again without hesitation. wish we had more work to give him at the time. thank you russell. what a joy it was to meet you. keep up the good work mike and barb w read more

Just happened to drive by a neighbor's house and these guys were working on their trees so I stopped and asked them if they would come by and give me a quote on a giant pine tree I have in my front yard. Not only did they stop by but I hired them on the spot!!! They did a great job and did exactly what I asked for, cleaned up and were done in no time. I have called the ones that send junk mail to me and they never called back, others are so expensive I needed a 2nd job to afford them. They are a small company but they are super nice. Russell and his colleague Chris trimmed 5 out of control, but very beautiful and lush fruitless mulberries on our 1-acre home just outside of Fallon, NV. The work was done promptly, professionally, taking into account our preferences while he offered his views on how the trees should be done. Russel gave me a great bid to remove three trees in my back yard. He drove five hours from his home base to take care of my trees. Russel had great communication, keeping us informed by phone and in person over the two day job. When the trees were done Russel cleaned the yard of debris and made sure we were happy with the job.
