Stewart charged us a $150.00 restocking fee, told us that it worked fine and then sold it to an employee. This is bad business, @150.00 is a lot of money to charge a customer, that returned the light in good faith, because it did not work( but I guess the customer is never right) We paid for the pole attached also, an was given bad advise, because the one we had worked just fine for any light. I took in a huge long runner that I have had since the 80's with massive stains in hopes that he could get the stains out. After much trying, the rug was cleaned but the stains were permanently. *@!% Ok, now what to do, let's cut it in half and salvage it another way! Although cutting the rug will not eliminate the stains, I can at least use the rug on each side of my kitchen island, instead of just throwing the rug away. Michael had the patience of a saint dealing with this as he also had to deal with the binders and the cleaner because I was asking things such as, can we shave the pile down to eliminate the stain as the rug was thick -Nope! So basically a 16th birthday party years ago with girls being unable to keep chocolate cake on their plate sent me to Dr. Michael the rug Doctor for help. Michael also cleaned a rug that I picked up for my daughter and mailed it to Texas for me! What a great guy to save me from lifting that rug and handling that for me. A true professional in every sense of the word. I would not hesitate to drop off any rug to Michael as he has a level of expertise that exceeds many in the rug industry that I have encountered in the past. His gallery of rugs is awesome also.
