We called A1A Patio to file a claim against the Breezesta Lifetime Warranty. I can tell you that Matthew, the new owner of A1A patio was unbelievable, responsive, responsible, customer centric and was a very effective advocate for a former customer! The store is a terrific store and his pricing is very reasonable. More importantly, you are not going to be screwed by someone trying to make a fast buck on quality patio furniture.
