Not only are they extremely kind and seem genuinely happy to be seeing your pet, but they give my dog some good exercise. I'll come upstairs after work to see my pup asleep and happy. I'll be using them for many more years as long as they keep providing good service! Lisa came over to introduce herself to me AND Cleo. I was delighted to find out Lisa and her pet sitters would actually visit with Cleo - take the time to care for her in ways beyond pouring food in the bowl or walking. It has been immensely reassuring to receive text updates and pictures each time a visit occurs. When I get back, Cleo is calm and happy to see me - not trembling like the time I picked her up from the vet's.
