I can't speak highly enough of this place. Not only did they move things around once they heard her condition to fit her in, but they worked with our flight schedules so we could all be here today. It was a completely unrushed, empathetic, comforting, and kind experience. They let all 4 of us in a private basement grieving room. After I got her home, I called and asked about it because she was in an extreme amount of pain. They said the vet doesn't give pain medicine for that surgery. That vet has since retired. I then was fortunate enough to get into Haskell Valley. I took my new kitten there to get spayed, and was relieved to hear that she had been given pain medicine after the surgery. She has been sleeping a lot but has not shown any signs of real discomfort. Haskell Valley really does care not only about your fur babies, but about your comfort level too. They want you to know that you are part of the process. I can't think of a clinic that goes above and beyond to the level that this one does, highly recommended.

We scheduled our appointment a week or less ago and got in within a week, were told nothing other than the date and time of appointment. My wife shows up with our two dogs and son today as scheduled. Kelly informers her that she cannot bring our son into the shop due to covid!?? One person only and that we should have been informed this at the point when we scheduled the appointment. However, NO one informed us of this out dated covid policy that is in place at the Pet stop. We were told to just leave our kid in the car. Are you serious!? So my wife asked to reschedule and Kelly gives my wife a far out date of September 16th, 2021. I called the Olean, NY location and was told there was openings much sooner than this by over two plus weeks. To top it off the manager Vickey did not care their service was poor, or that Kelly picked the last available date in to reschedule us, or that we were told to just leave a 5yr old in a car for 30 minutes. Vickey's excuse was Covid made us do it. Worst customer service ever! My family will not be coming back.

Also they we're able to drop our pet back off to us after the process of cremation. So for that we're very thankful and grateful! The only thing that we have/had an issue with is the paw prints that they take and give to you after your pet is cremated. They were very sloppy looking and looked like they rushed to get it done. This is a relatively small office, they don't do all the things that a larger office may do so they may refer you to someone else, but they have handled all of my situations very well. I have had to euthanize a few pets and the vets have been awesome, even go so far as to do the procedure in my truck, so my dog didn't even have to go in the office and was comfortable in her truck. I will certainly continue to go to them.
