I even joked with her, "I'm not going to want to shave my head after this, am I ?". Yes, a joke but not having gone to a professional salon in several years...a joke not a joke? I'm 64 with a lot of grey that in the past, I cut/colored myself... Suffice it say, it was damaged, brassy, and had a hard demarkation from the grow out. I took a star off because the company policies need to be explained better. I originally called and asked about 5 people and said I needed to leave by 11 am to stay on schedule. I was told 2 stylists could have us in at 9 am and out by 11 am. When I called to do the final confirmation, we had 4 people who wanted to get their hair done and I was the only make-up. The business never told me that 5 people is the minimum for 2 stylists and they changed my appointment to end at noon. When I came to do my trial run on my hair is when I found out we wouldn't be done until noon. One person was on the fence about coming in, so we ended up only doing 3 girls. Obviously for a wedding timeline having a vendor change the schedule by an hour without mentioning it is a bit of a crisis. Elvi saved the day by agreeing to come in 30 minutes early to get started and had us out of there shortly after 11 am. I was never contacted to reschedule so unfortunately I have had to schedule at another salon. I feel that more important than scheduling your appointments is actually keeping (or rescheduling) your appointments. Disappointed.
