Due to the growing popularity surrounding A1 now, time must be given for them to come pick you up, allow at least 10 to 15 minutes for a pick up. I called and he answered quickly and let us know where he was and when he would be back to the airport. He was right on time and took us to our hotel and set up a pick up time for our flight the next day. He met us in the morning on time even though we know he was up late and his first pick up that morning was at 4:30. He is such a stand up guy and I will keep his card for the next time we get stuck!

Unfortunately, this was the only cab service available at the time. Not only did the driver arrive 10-15 minutes late, the car was absolutely filthy. It was littered with dirty socks, papers, trash in the doors, and was just overall gross. The woman spent the entire 50 minute ride on her cellphone, texting and talking to other clients. We almost hit another vehicle on 2 separate occasions. When we arrived at the airport, we asked what the cost of the ride was, as there was no meter. We were expecting around $75, which was comparable to Uber. It was $120! Considering the conditions of the vehicle and the unprofessionalism of the employee, coupled with the astronomical cost, we will definitely not be repeat customers!

If you only have one driver, why would you schedule two appointments at the same time. Or at the very least, why not call your customer and advise them of the conflict so they can make other arrangements??? What is the point of even calling and booking a scheduled time in the first place ??? Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.
