Before iShuttle was offering rides on base I was riding the Shreveport Sportran buses in and then having to walk 1.5 miles to my Squadron building and 1.5 miles back to the Sportran bus pickup location on base - most of the way without sidewalks or true walking paths. So iShuttle is now literally saving me from walking about 3 miles a day, in all kinds of inclement weather, and saving my shoes and clothes from the elements. When I called to inquire, I was told their driver was on another drop off out of town and the person I spoke with acted as if they didn't even know I had a scheduled pick up booked (even though this was the same person I booked the appointment with initially). If you only have one driver, why would you schedule two appointments at the same time. Or at the very least, why not call your customer and advise them of the conflict so they can make other arrangements??? What is the point of even calling and booking a scheduled time in the first place ??? Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Due to the growing popularity surrounding A1 now, time must be given for them to come pick you up, allow at least 10 to 15 minutes for a pick up. Though the pick up times are long by normal cab standards the quality of ride and fare is unmatched.
