My wait time was about 10 mins. I Christi called to the back to get weighed, bought to the exam room asked a few questions and waited about 2-3 mins for Dr. Cox to come talk with me. Dr. Cox was very, very nice and down to earth. He explained everything to me about the procedure. And answered the questions I had and those I didn't lol. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in my decision to move forward. I felt that Dr. Cox was honest and realistic about the procedure. He told me exactly what I need to hear. He even drew a diagram to show me some of what would be done. He was very passionate about his job, and even more compassionate for his Patients. I feel good about this visit and now I'm ready to move forward and can't wait... Karen was very nice and polite. I was able to see Dr. Cox within a few days of scheduling my initial consultation. I did not wait long in the waiting room nor did I have to wait long for Dr. Cox to come into the room to begin the appointment. My husband and 2.5 year old daughter attended the appointment with me. Sometimes I feel it's not appropriate to bring children to appointments, but in this situation, I needed my husband to watch our daughter as well as be at the appointment with me. Dr. Cox and his nurse, Christi, were very welcoming and he was pleased to see my daughter. I was in the market to get a tummy tuck and possibly a beast augmentation. One of the best qualities about Dr. Cox is that he is realistic and he is honest. He doesn't give false hope and he doesn't promise something he knows is not attainable. We made small talk in between him examining me and even in my most vulnerable state of mind, I was so incredibly comfortable with Dr. Cox. You can tell that he is very passionate about his job and he is exceptionally compassionate for his patients and their families. I knew that Dr. Cox was an experienced board certified plastic surgeon and I had just assumed that experience came with a hefty price tag. I had called around to a few different plastic surgeon's just to get a baseline price for an abdominoplasty and the prices quoted were unrealistic. Dr. Cox is able to operate at his office-based surgery center that is focused on providing patients with the highest quality care, privacy, convenience and cost savings in a safe outpatient environment. I felt the price was reasonable and much more affordable considering the years of experience Dr. Cox has. He also offers a discount for paying cash versus paying with credit. The day of my surgery I was very nervous and Dr. Cox could tell. Dr. Cox was always empathetic of my feelings and had no problem listening to my fears. He reassured me he would take good care of me and that I was in good hands. The entire staff was very welcoming and nice. I ended up having a tummy tuck, muscle repair and liposuction. I am now 29 days post operation and I could not be happier. I know there is still some swelling, but I know it will go down over time. I am very pleased with the entire process. If i could give Dr. Cox 10/5 stars I would!

The company that provides the food says the menu was suggested by the higher ups. It's a total waste. The people are always hungry. I literally had to purchase breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It's a decent facility overall even the doctors offices however some people still seem as if they are finding their way. No real structure. I had numerous complaints about minute stuff. The day shift was good but that night shift would make you hurt them especially the CNAs. They would bust in the room and turn on all the lights just to dump garbage or write on the dry erase board at 4am. People are sleeping. I would say if you have someone to be treated there, stay with them. It's not bad but it could be better. House keeping rarely came but it is because there is only one house keeper and she had death in here family plus a broken foot during my husband's time there.

After her botch job, trying to pop my abscess, and prescription of a measly cream...my condition became worse. I had to go to a dermatologist. Turns out I had a staph infection!! The derm had to drain me, on two separate days. I needed 3 antibiotics... Had I listened to the nurse practitioners advice, I could have ended up in the hospital! I spent 6 days in pain, running fever. It took three weeks to heal. Had it been properly treated, I would NOT have had to go through that. Front desk staff is RUDE. Office manager is even RUDER. Outcome was I thought I'd endured the "pump pinch" on my pinky finger but in fact had damn near sliced the tip of my pinky finger clean off... Called them up and asked if they could handle the job of sewing it back on...they said sure we can...so I saddled up and headed that way (preferred to get my doctoring close to home since I didn't know of any places to handle the job where I was)... walked in showed them the situation and they handled up... Pleased with the work...and will use them in the future not only because they did a bang up job for me but they are also extremely convenient to my place of residence...

Dr. Krupala even took the time to personally call my pediatrician to talk through a treatment plan since I'm currently breastfeeding. This was the opposite of a quick, in-and-out appt and I very much appreciate the way I was cared for. I also think it's worth patting his staff on the back...from the lady I scheduled my appt with who was very accommodating and the lady who checked me in to his nurse, the x-ray staff and the lady who helped me set up MyChart, everyone was quick, kind and helpful.

I saw Dr. Krupala twice, and there was three months between my first and second. Then five months after my last visit I received a bill in excess of $500! I have insurance (BCBS and if I may say so its damn good) and at the two visits each time I payed my copay and asked the receptionist if I had a balance, she said no. And yes that bill for over $500 was after they filed with my insurance company. I understand that a service was provided and I'm expected to pay for that service. What I do not like is the "surprise" bill. At some point earlier I should have been notified of how much each visits was. So in short I will never go back again.
