We used Ruth Chase for my grandmother's funeral flowers on the recommendation of the funeral home. The flowers were truly excellent and provided a lot of solace for our family during the event. Even though Ruth Chase had never done a Chinese funeral before, they were able to fulfill all of our requests. Including creating 13 different standing sprays. As well as modifying the standing sprays to be more circular, to adhere to Chinese funeral customs. We are extremely grateful and appreciative to Ruth Chase for all of the beauty and dignity they provided as we paid our last respects to my grandmother. read more

I used to work in Kent for awhile and stopped here one afternoon to get a nice bouquet for my wife. They did such a good job on it that i went back a few times over the course of a year. The people there are super nice and always do beautiful work. Now I work in Stamford, but because of the excellent reputation they have built in my experience, I drove an hour+ to go there on Valentines day morning to have them make one again. They were super busy, of course. There must have been 10 or so people at work, including delivery drivers prepping for their morning deliveries in the area. Nonetheless, they took time, while I waited, to build me this wonderful arrangement to bring to my wife. I told them I had a 45 minute ride to bring it home so they took extra care to ensure it would arrive in good condition for me to place in the vase. I won't tell you how much they charged, but I will say that I felt pleased in my decision. I will continue to support this local florist when time allows. read more

I did not want the flowers because they should have been delivered during the day and as they were not at my home before dark I felt it appropriate to cancel the order. The information you have is incorrect and if you are going to post anything it should be accurate.
