We went for a consultation at…read morethe Dayton location and spoke to two very nice ladies that work there about what we were wanting for florals at our wedding and gave the date and all seemed good, and our date was available. We were told that they would contact us with a quote of what we talked about. A week later I didn't hear anything so I reached out by phone to find it's automated, so went directly to email for better chance to get contacted. I then get an email back days later asking for the location where we had our consultation. I provided that info then radio silence.... No email no follow up. So I again responded back to the email asking if I'm contacting the correct email and if they are receiving my messages, to then get an email back another week or so later asking AGAIN for the location. I copied the entire email chain to show I've been already giving that information and if I could please speak to someone about our consultation that we had from that location. Again radio silence! We were going to actually go with this company cause we saw they have been doing business for a long time and seemed to have good reviews, but those reviews do not reflect the most current service that we received at the Dayton location or their corporate as a whole. Obviously there is a huge disconnect in communication and for that reason would recommend them and going somewhere else.
