Where do I begin? I recently hit a raccoon on the freeway and it wrecked my car. I did not know if insurance was going to cover it, I didn't know if I had to put money down for the tow to later be reimbursed, I didn't know if I was going to have to cover any amount for the rental, basically I had a lot of questions and was very concerned. I called the state farm office, where they redirected me to the claims department. From there it was nothing but smooth sailing. They Handled EVERYTHING! I didn't have to put any money up front, they took care of the tow truck, the collision company, the rental, it was incredible! I didn't even have to pay my deductible until everything was completed. I seriously can't thank Ruth and her amazing team enough. They were also very reassuring when letting me know that everything was going to be taken care of...and it was! I finally see why it's worth it every single penny when I pay my insurance every month because they really were life savers. State Farm for the win! read more

Everyone who works in Ruth's office is great! They are always quick to answer the phone and everyone I've talked to has been very knowledgeable and professional. They always answer my questions are are able to sort out the situation much faster than if I was trying to do it myself, online. (Sometimes it's just better/easier to pick up the phone and talk to a person!)
