The company confirmed the appointment but there was never any follow through by their representative. Clearly, they need to improve before attempting to solicit new customers. Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together.
