Clean and fast. Scheduling was incongruent. We got pushed out twice and then with little warning (day of) they were at our house ready to tear off - but they beat the coming storm so that was good. Then he called us at work, sounding drunk in the middle of the day, and threatened to take our house and have his friends in the sherriffs office remove us if we didn't pay. We had to refinance our house, and even though we paid the creep in full, he still tried to sue us and take our house. We shared our experience with some of our friends and found out that we aren't the only ones he's done this to.
