I was looking for assistance on installing a Nest doorbell and Ryan did not hesitate to take on the job. I was not sure what was required and if the wire in my home were even working. Ryan contacted me and told me if I was available the same day, and I told him I was so he worked on my doorbell that same day. He was kind and came off as very genuine. Since my home was built in the 1950s, the voltage did not support the Nest doorbell but Ryan was able to fix that problem and installed the doorbell for me. I highly recommend his service and would def reach out to him again if needed Update: on 12/18/19, I took the nest doorbell out and accidentally unplug it and was not able to get power back on. I was sure what I did nor was I able to get the doorbell running. I called Ryan in the evening and told him my situation. He did not hesitate and said that he would come check it out for me. As senior in my mid-seventies, I do not have the where-with-all to mount a large flat screen on my wall nor the technical skills to wire and hook up a Ring doorbell. Luckily, I called Ryan at Rutherford Systems, a local contractor to give me an estimate for both jobs. Ryan came by one afternoon, quickly accessed the work needed to done and we settled on a reasonable price. He spent a good portion of that afternoon in the attic looking for low voltage wires that had once connected our now defunct doorbell. I have to commend him on is persistence and dedication. In the end we got the Ring connected and interfaced with our Echo Show and smart phones. He thoroughly explained the Ring details and how to use features. We are so pleased with the result. The next morning Ryan came back to mount our LED panel. He carefully, measured how high I wanted the TV and very skillfully and meticulously mounted our panel at just the right height. Afterwards, he cleaned all debris and re-connected the panel to DirecTv and the internet. We had a problem with our router and he fixed that. He did a review of features with us on our particular LG model and finally, tweaked our picture and now the images just "pops" out of the screen. Overall, I would highly recommend Ryan at Rutherford Systems and welcome him back if I needed other work. He is conscientious, skillful, and can explain in simple terms the technological side of equipment. I highly recommend him to other customers. read more

Every element of this experience was a 5 star job!! 1. Set up - Ryan was very responsive. At times our communications went through the weekend and into the night 2. Quoted price was lower than most, especially considering quality of work 3. Arrival - Ryan arrived on time and with a great customer service attitude all throughout 4. Job - the two projects under this one job were performed to perfection by Ryan. What few things that were initially a worry Ryan easily relieved worry. Ryan even performed smaller duties we hadn't discussed/I didn't expect. 5. Clean up - Both rooms where projects were performed were spotless upon completion. All materials from unpacked boxes neatly set aside. 6. Honesty/Integrity - In all regards there was never any BS spewed out of Ryan's mouth and I felt comfortable with his presence in rooms I wasn't occupying, This job also took a bit more time than initially anticipated and Ryan stuck to his initial quote on the job. I am just so overall thrilled with this experience and can't speak highly enough about Ryan and his professionalism and expertise in the performed. The job of which entailed working on/installing two separate home theater systems. My only disappointment was not giving more than the small tip I did give.
