Jordan was super friendly and offered us advice on where to place the tv on the wall. He was even kind enough to adjust the placement after having already mounted it on the wall because we couldn't decide how high we wanted the tv. To my surprise a short time later I got a response from the owner. he was able to listen to my problem, provide me with a quote and agreed to come out Monday evening after hours since he had another job scheduled doing the day. He was able to come out switch out the power supply box and got my cameras back up and running. The owner Jordan provided great customer service and seems to really care about his customers and making things right. I would strongly recommend west coast sight and sound to everyone out there. Jordan Rahman and Brandon Johnson, owner and co-owner of the company engages in unethical business practices. I hired Jordan Rahman to set up a network and audio system in my home that costed me $20k. They setup the network making them sole administrator (super admin) to the network. Request to have themselves me super admin was ignore and after many attempts, they will no longer contacted or respond. Since the end of this project they have ceased communication with me. Buyer beware, this company engages in illegal and unethical business practices, Jordan Rahman has shown me surveillance video from clients of his, which means they have access to all everything and can access to you and your privacy! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY OR THESE PEOPLE. As of me writing this review, Jordan Rahman has deleted me out of my own network. I have picture evidence that he got into my network. The worst part about this entire situation is that I purchased a $20k RTI system and since this he has deleting my network and the system is no longer usable. The mounting was Amazing and he set up the new TV for us as well. As for the Ring video doorbell, there was a problem at first with our own doorbell, Jordan analyzed what's wrong and quickly fixed it up so the ring doorbell would work. How can I give zero stars? I called this company based on their stellar rating, and set up an appointment at my new apartment (not living there yet) to get an estimate for cable re-routing. Jordan told me he'd meet me "around 2", so I took a late lunch--but by 2:25 he had not showed up. I called the company phone--no answer--but eventually got a text from him that he was on a job in B.H and that it had gone much longer than he expected because he had been on the phone w/ Spectrum. He said he might be able to make it by 3:30, if I could wait. Sorry, I'm a working guy--lunch was over, so I said no. That night I got a call from his father, James--turned out it was his company--and he apologized because "Jordan couldn't get a phone signal where he was" (not what Jordan said) and he would make it up to me if there was another time. I was going back out to Glendale Saturday morning for another appointment, so he said he'd meet me there at 11. At 11:10, when I called him, he said (and I quote) "Yeah. You know what? I...I really apologize, but we're not going to be able to get out to do that job. For that cable, we're not going to be able to make that happen." This is after I've driven out for an appointment he made with me, for a job he has never seen. I guess all I can say is that if you're a small potatoes consumer, like me, go anywhere else. read more

He hung 4 TV's, networked my house (4 rooms) with cat6, set up an 8 camera cctv system, did surround sound install in the living room and kitchen; also electronic security cabinet install in the office. Not to mention automatied my lights with the lutron casita system. Everything was done quickly and efficiently and most of all super clean for the amount of work. Jordan was amazing! He made an appointment with us within days and showed up when promised. He let me know via text when he was on his way to our house. When he arrived he analyzed the wall we were mounting the TV on and he gave me options of what could be done. The area that I requested had a drywall over brick and to our surprise there was a stud going through it. Jordan was able to come up with a solution that worked perfectly. After he installed the mount, he grabbed the mount with both hands and lifted himself off the ground using the mount! It was sturdy as could be. I was very pleased with Jordan's work.
