    Terrible depending on who the driver is that day. I've frequently had them come late and make me…read moremiss my train. Today was the ultimate worst thing when the driver didn't even STOP. He just drove by where I was waiting, didn't open the doors and left. I was left stranded and had to call my husband to come get me. If I didn't have that option I would have had to waste $20 on a Lyft or Uber ride. Absolutely garbage service.

NJ Transit Access Link takes a lot of time to even arrange and Logisticare is a disaster so who can we call to get around with ease? EZ Ride! It's all relatively simple, fill out the application and send it in, put money into account and when ready call for rides which show within a fair amount of time and pay a small ride fee per trip - Not as quick as Lyft/Uber, but about the time a cab would come but at much less of a price per ride. The Drivers are friendly as are the call center/accounts team whenever I have to call in. I'm glad EZ Ride is available and is just as it's name suggests - EZ to set up, my client gets in when the driver shows up and then he rides. With such limited choices in having people get around at a low cost but in a timely manner I hope that EZ Ride keeps up and perhaps even expands.

They charge $5 for every bag at curbside check-in; and they got rid of the check-in counters inside, and force people to do their own check-in and bag tags via a kiosk..... then, without any guidance or signs or helpful customer service teams, you (as the paying customer) have to find a baggage handler who can double-check your "check-in luggage" and scan your boarding passes and your ids and then weigh your bags and finally push them through the belt. It's a f*cking hot mess. People all over the place, getting frustrated, not knowing which way to go; not knowing who to ask; not knowing how to proceed. WHY NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CHECK-IN COUNTER/line and stop the madness!?! :( It's no wonder all the JetBlue customer service team are GROUCHY AF and all of them act like they HATE their lives. Zero smiles, zero customer service and no care whatsoever. The JetBlue I knew and loved is LONG GONE...... this process SUCKS. And after wasting almost an hour just to check-in our luggage (yes, the lines were that SLOW) --the so-called "PRIORITY LANE" takes another hour just to go through TSA check. JFK/Jetblue should DO BETTER!! BE BETTER!! We're all paying you top dollar for your so-called "excellent customer service" --WHERE DID IT GO?!? The only reason we put 2 stars is because the TSA agent was funny and tried to be positive......a big thank you to him. And another star for our flight attendant who was super friendly and polite. She was the ONLY ONE (out of 4 FAs)who smiled and kept people on the positive vibes. The other flight attendants and "customer service" agents were just grumpy AF and had perpetual frowns on their faces. JFK / JETBLUE = FAIL

He scanned our ticket and we boarded. The bus was pretty full, so we ended up sitting separately. The above head storage bins are kind of tight, so I had to take something out of my over stuffed backpack to manage to wiggle it in. While my purse sat on my lap. I liked the foot rest and the hook on the handle on the seat in front of me. Trash bags were hung here and there. Looks like they also provided small bottles of water for us, though we had to grab those ourselves. The electric plugs didn't seem to work, but perhaps the ubs plugs in the ceiling did. Our driver was a great communicator. He set expectations so we knew that we had a 20 min rest stop before arriving at Baltimore, and pointed out things to help us to pay attention and to get back to the right bus. He warned us that given current construction that we were sure to arrive later than what our tickets said, and gave us his best eta given the circumstances. Another passenger later commented that the bus bathroom was clean. We kind of ended up being dropped off on a brightly painted bridge in the middle of no where - perhaps on Maryland Ave?, by a bus stop. A short walk from Penn Station.

    Very disappointing experience…read more My family arrived at the Worcester, MA bus stop at 7:35 PM for a scheduled departure. We waited continuously until 8:10 PM, and the bus never arrived. When we contacted customer service, we were told the bus had already left at 7:47 PM, which is simply not consistent with what we experienced. Instead of investigating the situation or showing any empathy, customer service insisted the bus had departed and refused to offer a refund or any meaningful resolution. It's extremely frustrating to be told we missed a bus that never appeared while we were waiting at the designated pickup location. Reliable service and responsive customer support are essential for travelers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope the company improves both its bus tracking and customer service processes.
