I've used this car service for airport pickups in the past with no issues. However, most recently, I had a very unprofessional experience. After being picked up Newark Airport and driven home, a few hours later I received an email from the company saying they were charging my partner and me a $15 fee, when we asked why they said it was because our baggage was "large" and "heavy." There is nothing on their website that states an extra fee may apply, and no definition of what large or heavy mean. We each had one suitcase, normal size for checked baggage. In fact, we used their car service in the past with the same luggage and there were no issues or extra fees. When we had checked in before our flight both suitcases weighed about 40 lbs, well below the weight limit for checked luggage. Due to the lack of customer service and surprise fees based on no legitimate evidence, we won't be using this car service again. read more

This is the first time I've ever used a car service other than Uber/Lyft and it was for an airport pick up for my mom. My biggest concern was for her safety, but secondly I wanted to make her arrival at the airport and drop off at home as smooth as possible especially because I couldn't pick her up myself. Ashraf was pleasant to communicate with from the very beginning. He gave me a price estimate via email and then I called him to book the reservation. He provided his cell number so I could reach him personally and send the arrival info. He assured me that my mom would get home safely, and even provided a luxurious SUV! I was only expecting a sedan because it was just my mom and she didn't even have any luggage. Payment was super simple too -- I offered to pay some amount upfront but Ashraf was also really easy going about this too, saying I didn't have to pay anything until after she was dropped off. Payment was done via Zelle and there wasn't any change to the original estimate he gave me. tl;dr -driver was on time and waited for my mom outside the airport, contacted her upon arrival and guided her on where to meet -car was luxurious, spacious, and clean -pick up and drop off were smooth and safe -easy communication -easy payment (via zelle) Will be using Ashraf's car service again in the future when I need it! read more

We used On Time Limo Service to pick us up from Newark airport & also to take us from NJ to Times Square. Ashraf was very punctual, very personable and the vehicle was immaculate. He also had drinks & candy for me & my kids. Our plane arrived in Newark very early, so I thought we would have to wait until our designated pick-up time, but we didn't have to. As soon as we landed, Ashraf texted me to let me know he was already at the airport waiting. That was awesome! He was also there early when he picked us up from our hotel a few days later because he was right outside the hotel when we came down to the lobby. My kids gets carsick easily, but Ashraf drove smoothly, even through traffic, & none of my kids got sick. Lastly, he entertained my kids during the ride. My boys enjoyed their conversation with him. Guys, Ashraf is AMAZING! At first, we worried about using any service other than Uber/Lyft to get to the airport. However, we didn't want to run into the all too common problem of an Uber/Lyft driver arriving and asking where we were going, and threatening not to drive us if we were heading to a location in New York (since they're only authorized to do New Jersey pick ups). So we ended up going with On Time Limousine, and we are so happy we did! Ashraf was not only on time, he was EARLY! This is just the best driver you can ever find in NYC. We came to NYC expecting the driver to be late and other negative thoughts and Ashraf was on time, patient, kind and funny. This is how business should be ran in NYC. My friends had never been on a train nor had a private driver and he exceeded my expectations. Even when there were parking issues, he stayed on his phone ready to give us his location and he even walked us to our first destination. We were so lucky to have him. Called up Ashraf for my airport drop from jersey city to JFK. Very responsive and informative. He gave me flat rate all inclusive which seems easy and reasonable. He discusses in advance and fixes time. He brought the Caddy full size SUV clean and nice 15 min early and waited for me. I my self took little extra time to load by luggages but he didn't make a huge fuss for that 15min that I took for loading bags. He is nicely groomed and behaves like a gentleman. He makes us feel comfortable and played some cartoon to keep my kid calm all the way. I see that he is concern about his customers and trying to do his best. Highly recommended. Not being from the area and making arrangements for a group of seven family members, including one elderly mother-in-law, I was concerned. Turned out there was no need for concern.
