    OK people. Im going to spit some knowledge on you. Im compelled to... Ive been to the airport more than 80 times in the last year. I was using another car service to pick me up and Ashraf, the NOW owner of "On Time Limousine", was my driver. We became good friends over time. We also agreed that the cars and service provided by his previous employer were under par and had much room for emprovement. One day when he picked me up he said he was going to break away and start his own Car Service. Being I was a loyal customer and friend I was anxious to see him in action. Lo and behold, time for another business trip. I remember Ashraf (the executive driver for OTL) giving me his cell and told me to give him a try the next time I was going on a trip. So what did I do?? I dropped him a text and he was up for the task. HERE IS WHAT HE OFFERS: -Always Early -Executive Service -Immaculate SUV -No Cash Exchange (He emails me a reciept for my records) -Bottles of Water on the Holders -Newspaper for Reading Pleasure -Operates Via Texts Do I reccomend this company? HELL YES. Is he the best provider in JC? WITHOUT A DOUBT. I feel presedential every time I get picked up and/or dropped off. Thanks for all the rides, Ashraf!

    This is just the best driver you can ever find in NYC. We came to NYC expecting the driver to be late and other negative thoughts and Ashraf was on time, patient, kind and funny. This is how business should be ran in NYC. My friends had never been on a train nor had a private driver and he exceeded my expectations. Even when there were parking issues, he stayed on his phone ready to give us his location and he even walked us to our first destination. We were so lucky to have him. We were in the Cadillac Escalade and the seats were comfy, there was water, charging pugs for your your i- phone or not having an iphone, a nice DVD player, mints and hand sanitizer. I felt like a queen and I will always use him from now on if I make a trip back to NYC.

This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. It was worth every penny compared to mass transit or other ride services. What really set them apart was their customer service. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. Umar went out of his way to drive all the way back around and personally return the phone to us--no hesitation, no attitude, just genuine care and professionalism. I can't recommend Precision NY Chauffeur Service enough. If you want reliable, stress-free transportation in NYC, this is the company to use.

I just want to make sure that I'm clear about the failed "Lowest Price Guarantee". After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. I hired a superior, licensed, insured and incredibly professional competitor. Price was certainly not the only deciding factor. I'm hopeful, that this could be a learning opportunity for you and you organization in regards to your " Lowest Price Guarantee". Thank you again.

When coordinating, I had an unusual setup. 8 family members taking 3 different flights that were spread out in a 48 hour period. Thus, 3 separate airport pickups. All I needed was a company who could coordinate these airport transfers without giving me a massive headache. Enter: Ride In Style Limo. My hero in black leather seats. I needed a sedan for #1, a big SUV for #2, and then another sedan---for myself. After doom-scrolling Uber estimates of the $100-$125 per ride (plus the emotional cost of maybe getting a Toyota Corolla that smells like gym socks), I looked online and found Ride In Style. Preet responded fast, quoted me a fair price...honestly...it was only slightly more than what a rideshare would've cost. Worth. Every. Penny. The cars? Clean, spacious, and didn't smell like sadness or Febreze. The drivers? Total pros. They texted us ahead of time, met us at the curb like royalty (no dragging our bags across the airport to find some mystery JFK pickup zone), and were exactly where they said they'd be. Each ride was smooth and easy---literally 5-star service all around. But here's where they really shined: my red-eye flight got delayed by FOUR HOURS. These saints didn't flinch. They tracked the flight themselves and showed up right when I landed at JFK, like some beautiful punctual limo fairy godmother. No frantic texts. No "call us when you land." Just peace, comfort, and zero stress. Honestly, I want this company to handle all areas of my life. Airport pickups? Nailed it. Emotional support? Feels like they could do that too. I'll absolutely be using them again the next time I'm in New York. I'll also be recommending them to anyone who wants VIP-level airport service without selling a kidney. Huge thanks to Ride In Style Limo. You made my family's chaotic arrival feel like a breeze. Pro tip: If you're tired, cranky, or just allergic to rideshare roulette, this is the company to call.     One star for him actually showing up on time. 0 stars for everything else…read more Why, you ask? I'm generally a very nice guy, and can tolerate a lot. Not this. 1. The driver was sick. Not sniff sniff sick, but cough hack cough gross cough sick. I'm just glad his window was open most of the ride so we did not hang out with an incubating virus. I'm going on vacation, not taking a trip to the CDC. 2. Who drives through the Lincoln Tunnel and purposely opens the window all the way? Any NY or NJ resident can attest to the questionable air quality down there. 3. He was texting and emailing while driving. Seriously? Illegal. Unsafe. I want to live. Every time his iPhone made a noise (text, email, whatever) he unlocked, looked, and addressed it. 4. He drove like we were very badly losing an F1 race while driving in a Suburban. Routine 3-lane shifts, tailgating, playing chicken with busses. Topped out at 87mph. Seriously? What the hell is the rush? SLOW DOWN. 5. See number 4, add number 3. Even more emergency braking because of this. Exponential amounts of stress. 6. Did I mention he was sick? Yup. 7. My quote from Hoboken to JFK was $88. Not $104. 8. $8 charge to use my credit card?!? What now? Why was that not in the quote when I explicitly said I was charging this? 9. We got there. I was livid. I argued the $104. I finally said whatever - and then he said "that doesn't include tip." OH? I threw a few bucks down in cash and left without saying anything. 10. Went thorough security, livid. Called the company, they were nice. Took a very detailed complaint and said the manager would call me back, he wasn't in yet. I'm out of the country right now (vacation in the DR) but I hope, for their sake, I have a voicemail and direct contact information for the manager on my phone right now. 11. They must have then called the driver to tell him I lodged a complaint --- because then he called me. On my cell. From his cell. To yell at me. And say he was not texting. To say he drove fine. To say I was rude. To say he left us alone the whole ride. Let me repeat - the driver called me. To bitch. At me. Don't call me - that's your manager's job. This is the definition of unprofessional. This is a service business. Your job is very literally to drive me to a place. Safely. Not like we are racing. Don't play with the traffic. Quit swerving around. I paid for a relaxing ride to JFK, not a race in a death trap. 12. I called the company back again and told them the driver called me. I want a full refund. This was a nightmare. Judging by the generally positive reviews, I'm sure there are better drivers. But at the moment - under no circumstances do I recommend this place. Maybe we'll talk when I get a full refund and a coupon for a large % off my next trip, should I ever choose to try them again. Update: the manager texted me and is aware of what happened. We will talk when I am back - and we'll see what happens. Update 2: Got charged for 60% of the total trip and I have a free ride to EWR if I want it....nah.

    Worst service ever !! I called 6:18am for a pick up he said 20 minutes. .. 25 minutes later still…read moreno car. I call back he says he should be here around 6:45. .. 6:45 rolls around still no car. The driver then calls and says he's 10 minutes away. Okay no problem. 15 minutes later still no car. I call back he still says he's 10 minutes away. At this point I'm super late for work. I call the dispatcher back. When I said hello he tried to act like he didn't know the car didn't come yet. He says another 5 minutes. 20 minutes turned into an hour and a half !!!! I then asked for a discount and he tried to give me a measly $5 off. Terrible & liars.
