This office was able to fit my animals in no problem. I brought them in and I was shocked at how well they were doing when picking them up. I've had pets done in the past and they were very groggy and out of it the rest of the night. The vet did a great job! The incisions were clean and smaller than I've ever seen. They had no bruising like some have had from other places. Plus they don't try to push other services on you. The stitches came out 2 weeks later and everything was great and it didn't take long to get it done, plus it was included with the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to bring your pets if you don't want to deal with a pushy office.

They insisted on a rabies vaccine, in just a few days after that she was favoring her front leg and it appears a lymph node has swollen. The next day she couldn't use her back leg, now she can't use either of her back legs and all they can say is " you need to set up an appointment to bring her in " They are cold and don't care about the animals one bit! This was lace us d to be good and caring but since these new vets have came to n it has went to shit. Please!, if you care about your pets then avoid this plan like the plague!!! Every member of the staff that we have encountered has been welcoming and pleasant. Katie, our cat Frankie's tech of choice for his regular nail trims, is clearly an animal lover who embraces her work. Every vet who has assisted us has been caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Morris, Frankie's current vet, has been patient in attending to every need--from diagnosing and treating an injury to overseeing routine care. We appreciate her outstanding knowledge, expertise, and warm demeanor. We love Hinkle's and always recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care.

The team at Tri-City provided compassionate care for Loki even though he isn't a patient of theirs. Regrettably, the decision was made to allow Loki to cross the "Rainbow Bridge" to end his suffering. If I did not currently have a Vet, I surely would have one now!

Our dog needed a nail trim so my daughter brought her in. The lady at the front desk gave my teenage daughter an attitude and told her she would be charged extra for being a walk-in. It's not our fault someone is not doing their job on their end responding to appointment requests or answering the phone. They charged $17 for a 10lb dog and no filling. They used to trim and file for $10 with kindness and no attitude. They also made an emergency wait while they trimmed our dogs nails & they arrived before us. They should immediately take an emergency, any other pet owner would understand. We won't be back.
