Second time I went and it's closed, Saturday at 3:00 hours on line says it's open but nope!!!

Maskless guy behind the counter looked shocked to see an actual human walk into the store -- and it was a Saturday. Couldn't answer any of my simple questions about screens and glassware, though. The place is next to a Starbucks with a drive-thru so expect no parking anywhere close. Selection is limited, prices are astronomical, and the employees could be replaced with mannequins. How is this place still in existence? read more

Negatives: $$$$$$$$$ Ultra expensive. Went to buy a down stem + bowl and the cheapest they had for the two combined was $50+ (bowl was horrible). I ended up backing out of the purchase and using google to search for another shop "near me" . Luckily, "Outta Control" smoke shop is 8 minutes away and I got exactly what I was looking for, for $15. Overall, I cant speak to the quality at Wonderland but from my experience it is way overpriced when you can get the same thing down the road. P.S - the gentlemen at the counter running the shop seemed like a knowledge and friendly guy. read more

Not the best store for vapes but they have great prices on candles that they sell at my vet but they sell em cheaper. Great selection, reasonable prices I just wish they had more nicotine vapes but I do not blame them from getting away from that. Great Management, read more

Great place, my favorite smoke shop in jersey as long as the manager isn't there. Dude needs a lesson in customer service. Hey, relax, we get it, you work here and we don't. The rest of the staff is aces, prices are competitive and they always have great stock. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. We called at 8:50pm on Saturday October 12 and asked the woman that was working what time the shop closed and she said 9. She was incredibly rude the phone, we raced there, arrived at 8:55 and the doors were closed lights out as she stormed out. And when I said that she told us that the they close at 9, she advised us that "she has someplace to be" and laughed as she walked to her car. Management really needs to reevaluate who they hire. I love this smoke shop! Jake helped me today and was awesome! He ensured that the charger for my pen worked and was incredibly kind and sweet. He even offered me some masks- for FREE-which in this day and age is unheard of so I absolutely love this place. They aren't out to screw you like too many other people are. I really like this place , they have a really great selection of e-liquid (including the much sought after dragonborn vapes, hey im an elder scrolls geek so i was excited to see it in stock somewhere) . Not only do they have a good selection of vapes there the staff (or one person in particular because every time ive been there hes been there) is pretty cool , knows alot about eliquid and vape stuff and was easy to talk to (would have talked longer but there was another customer that just walked in) so as a whole its always been a pleasant experience coming here I would highly recommend if your in the area to check it out ! read more

Much much better selection than their sister shop on route 22. Cleaner, better staff, more knowledgable, and overall better service. Wish it was alot closer to Bound Brook. If you are checking any places out or comparing to other similar shops, I would stop in here first. read more

Walked in to find the attendant sleeping in the corner. Was given a hard time with payment, ridiculous procedures ! Product was defective so I had to go back and it's a good thing my children were not with me because hard core rap with multiple "F" bombs was playing on the stereo. No wonder nobody is ever in there. Product packaging is extremely poor. Overall very unprofessional and no regard for the customer. Don't waste your time, it's a joke! read more
