Considering all the factors that should have made for a slow and painful recovery, Dr. Frost must have done a fantastic job as my recovery has been quick and relatively easy. He also has a good, confident and friendly manner (which you will prefer for someone who is about to use tools in your mouth). I would recommend him and suggest asking for a referral if you need oral surgery.

The procedure I was seeing him for is very complex, and he also said there was a "high probability" that he would pierce my sinus cavity and possibly leave me with a permanent fistula. While it is good to be told the risks, I would have preferred to have heard something about what he would do to minimize the risk, but that was not part of the visit. I won't say "discussion," because there wasn't a lot of discussion, just him telling me what he planned to do despite my needs or concerns. He was the first available dentist in this practice, and I can see why. If you just want someone who whose approach is basically to tell you his plan without discussing options, you will be very happy, but otherwise, you should explore other dentists in this practice. I had asked for another dentist in the practice but was told she was booked way out because "everybody likes her." So my review is not for the entire practice, just for the dentist I was assigned.

My husband who is already very anxious about the dentist waited until places started having appointments again and things were getting a bit better to go back to the dentist. He got the same fillings done again June 2021 and had to pay full price AGAIN. After emailing with them and talking to them, their response was "The Drs said the fees stay". They are rude and condescending. I asked for an explanation of why the fillings would have fallen out (were they done incorrectly?), they did not respond to that part of my email. They also tried to add on procedures after he was under nitrous oxide for a procedure before that so they could charge more. We paid 2 times to have the same 2 cavities filled, then my husband had to return because the same teeth were in terrible pain weeks later and then had to pay again for xrays to see what they messed up. Never again.

The music is wonderful, and the windows look out on a wooded area with bird feeders. You leave feeling glad that you went there, and glad to have spent time with the staff. The equipment seems to be state of the art, and a wide range of dental services are available there. Any needed out-references for other dental specialties are made intelligently and with care. A dental chair is often thought of as one of life's quintessential places of discomfort. I had to get a tooth pulled and was extremely anxious and nervous. I tried to put on a brave front. The staff and Dr. Shah. were so very sweet and gentle, I felt right at ease immediately. The procedure was quick and easy and I was done and out the door within 20 minutes of going to the back. Dr Shah said... you are all done, and I was shocked. I went home thinking I was going to have a horrible painful night, and Dr Shah assured me I would be fine. I went home and had absolutely no pain at all. Was so well treated today by Nelly, Joanna, and Gina. They use some updated equipment for cleaning that reduces the need for the Medieval tools. I've also had a crown redone and it's amazing how responsive they were, and did a good job on fit and color.
