I put my trust in him and he left out of a two man surgery and I lose my right to speak, sing and I am still going to choke to death. He told us that my thyroid was choking me to death and I needed the surgery. Now I am still choking to death because of his Neglect!

It seems patients are overbooked in the mornings, which creates unnecessary delays. At that point, it would make more sense to schedule me for 10 AM, yet I was told there's no early morning availability. I was referred here by my attorney, but unfortunately I will be switching care. There doesn't seem to be an understanding of how appointment types vary in time--whether it's a first-time evaluation or a follow-up. Not every visit can realistically be treated as a 10-15 minute appointment, especially when multiple patients are scheduled at the same time.
