After experiencing a retained miscarriage, she went to see Dr Chellappan and was given medication that did not work. She returned the next Monday and a DNC was scheduled on Thursday. On Wednesday, she sought emergency medical care when she developed signs of sepsis. Instead of receiving support from her OB-GYN, she was "fired" as a patient for seeking urgent, necessary care at the emergency room. Dr Chellappan would not do a follow up visit for her. It is unacceptable for a doctor to abandon a patient in such a vulnerable state. Patient care should be the top priority, especially in situations where life-threatening complications arise. This decision was not only cruel but also a violation of the basic principles of medical ethics. Patients deserve compassion, continuity of care, and respect--not punitive actions for making responsible healthcare decisions. I strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Chellappan to look elsewhere for a provider who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. No one should have to fear losing their doctor for prioritizing their health and safety.

It was some of the worst service I've ever received from a medical professional. In contrast, Brittany, the nurse who came to my home, was fantastic. Despite experiencing technical difficulties with her equipment, she communicated clearly and made sure I understood everything she was doing. She was kind, compassionate, and did her best to make me comfortable. I was extremely frustrated when I learned that I wouldn't be able to receive actual treatment because the provider was not physically present. I requested to see another provider that same day, and they scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 PM. However, no one showed up, and I received no communication. After calling at 6 PM to ask for an update, I was told that no one was coming and that I would need to go to the emergency room. This is especially disappointing because insurance typically discourages ER visits, and I am in too much pain to get to a doctor's office or urgent care. That's the whole reason I chose this service. My previous experience was great, but this time, it was completely unsatisfactory--100% thumbs down.

Except to tell me how much I'd pay upon arrival because I have an HSA and high-deductible plan. Then she asks if I want to see her partner. No. I do not want to see her partner. I scheduled an appointment WITH THIS SPECIFIC DOCTOR. Not her partner. If I wanted to see her partner, I would have scheduled an appointment WITH said partner. She also tried to pawn me off to the PA. If I had wanted to see someone other than the doctor I made an appointment with, I would have MADE AN APPOINTMENT with that person. I told the girl I took a day off for this appointment and that I was NOT happy that I would have to reschedule which won't happen now until mid-November. THEN she asked if I wanted to go to the place in Hulen. Why the hell would I drive even further on the off change the doctor would decide not to be in that day, too? The front desk was unapologetic in their explanation OR offerings of a reschedule. I am FURIOUS. If I had missed my appointment, I would have been charged a no-show fee. I should bill the doctor's office for making me miss a whole day of work AND driving to/from downtown when I live in North Fort Worth. Less than 10 minutes before they text me and tell me they are out of rapid tests. They have several hours to let me know they wouldn't have enough when it was time for my appointment. I could have chosen a place closer to home if all I was going to have to wait another three days for results. This is an obvious management lack of planning issue. These people are better off serving burgers or sweeping the streets. Avoid this place and ignore anything they may promise you.
