We were leaving Radium and heading for the Shuswaps and I called up Tri-Crown to see if we could stop in and have it looked at. John was incredibly accomodating, even though they were already very busy, and let us know that even if we got into town after hours, he would make sure to stick around to take a look at it. We made it in during the afternoon, he diagnosed the problem, fixed it up and we were on our way in no time. I can't say enough about how kind and informative and helpful John was. I wish that we lived in BC so that we could use their services on a regular basis! If you need anything at all, RV and trailer related, there is no better place than here.

Every appointment booked the guy would cancel last minute or no call no show then a month and a half of the run around the owner Rob, finally showed up and tried to half ass the fix by trying to glue it back together instead of replacing the back end. I recently hat keystone rv services at my home to check out the fridge in my camper van. First off,…read moreI was told that there was no room at the shop so that the repair person could come to me. I thought that was fine not a problem. The repair person was originally set for Wednesday. Finally, I called late Wednesday afternoon to see what had happened and I was told that he would be able to schedule for Thursday or Friday. On Friday I called again and was told that I should plug the fridge in and then he would come on Saturday to see what happens with the fridge overnight. I did that and on Saturday afternoon, he cam to look at the fridge. He was here for about 5 min. He told me that there is probably something blocking the fluid going through the coil. What I should do is to unplug it and let it cool. Then I was supposed to tap along the coil to see if I could unblock the blockage. He called this fix a "Hail Mary". In the meantime, I wrote a check for 131.00. I tried to call him for the next couple of days but never did get a return phone call. I really found that this was a gross overpayment for really no repair or help with the fridge at all. I really felt that I was taken advantage of and was ripped off and still have no fridge In my van. I have since then called around to other repair shops and after explaining the problem, they told me it was probably the coil. I just felt that KEYSTONE RV could have been helpful over the phone and not have wasted my time, and money on a bogus repair scheme.

My brother and I were on an RV trip from Seattle to AK. On our first morning in Merritt, BC the…read moretemp dropped into the mid 20s. We turned on the furnace, but only the fan would run and no heat was coming out. We were referred to Citation RV in Kamloops and arrived there a couple hours later. We checked in at the front desk and the woman took our info and said Clay would meet us out back. We waited out back a few minutes and Clay showed up and asked us to turn on the furnace. We no heat was coming out he placed the handle of his razor knife over 1/2 of the furnace exhaust and viola the furnace/heat kicked on. He said he had seen the many times as it is a manufacture defect- they won't admit!! He cut a washer in half and placed it in the end of the furnace exhaust to test it- it worked perfectly. Clay then welded it permanently in place and tested it a final time. It worked great and our furnace worked the rest of our trip. We were out of there in little more than an hour!! I would not hesitate to take my rv there again in the future and recommend them with the highest rating. Super service at a reasonable price. Thanks again Citation RV!! Mike & Jim
